Another night where they'd planned to watch a horror movie, but instead their screen showed South Park for the hundredth time. There was no saying no to Tubbo, honestly. If he wanted to watch South Park, they would watch South Park. Bill sat sideways on the couch, leaning against Ranboo who curled up in the corner while Tubbo perched up on the arm rest. Aimsey and Serena had already left for their hotel, having wanted to call it a night after their long, tiring journey down to Bognor earlier that day. Bill sighed and shuffled further down, pressing against Ranboo's side while they watched the high-pitch-voiced characters hop around the screen, interrupted every so often by Tubbo's laugh. Ranboo looked down at Bill, slumped over with a bored look on their face. Curious, he lifted his arm and let Bill's head fall against his side, placing his hand on Bill's chest where his arm hooked over their shoulder. Bill stayed there for a moment, before shuffling again and resting his head in Ranboo's lap, taking his hand in their own and holding it gently. Ranboo felt the heat rise in his cheeks but decided to ignore it. It's not like Tubbo would notice anyway, he was far too focused on the TV, and Bill seemed to refuse to look in his direction as he curled up more comfortably in Ranboo's lap.
It always felt like hours dragging by whenever they were forced to watch South Park like this, but now it didn't feel like long enough. When Tubbo announced he was going to bed and simply disappeared, leaving Ranboo with the remote, Ranboo had absolutely no intention of waking Bill and following suit. Instead, he just switched the show to something more interesting - Big Hero 6 was the first recommended when he switched the channel - and let Bill sleep in his lap, gently stroking the other boy's hand with his thumb where they held it as he, too, drifted off calmly.

it's kinda funny to think that he was just completely oblivious, but also that he just saw his two friends being gay af and just went "yeah that checks out" and went to bed like the king he is
