"What's going on?" Sloane wondered, as the sound of a marching band echoed through the streets. Cameron and Ferris snapped out of their conversation, and recognized that the noise getting louder. They couldn't see anything, but they could tell something was up. "I'm not sure." Ferris replied, squinting in the distance. The group made there way over to what looked like a big celebration, with live music, crowds, and of course, parade floats. "Wow, this is insane." Cam gasped. "I wonder why they are doing this." Sloane shrugged, as they were mesmerized by all the different things going on around them. In fact, they were so mesmerized, that they barely noticed that Ferris had disappeared. "Wait-" Sloane said, snapping out the trance. "Where's Ferris?"

——————————

One by one, each float passed by. But there was one float in particular that caught Ferris's eye. He ran up to the front of the crowd, leaving Sloane and Cameron behind. There wasn't anything special about this float, actually it was quite the opposite. It was plain. Boring. Unlike the other floats that were loud and crowded with colourful decorations, this one was just a simple Switzerland theme with a couple women in traditional costumes on top of it. He wondered why it Looked so bland.

Suddenly, a small lady bumped into him and dropped a note book and a couple pencils. "Oh! Sorry hun!" She said, as Ferris and her started picking up the objects. Once she got organized, she spoke. "I apologize again, I've just been trying to organize that parade float right there." She said pointing at the Switzerland one. "And our public speaker just canceled, so we have no entertainment for our float." She sighed. "I just- don't know what to do." Ferris turned around for a second to look for his friends, but they were gone. "can request a favour miss?" He said, looking back at her before she left. "I have a friend that needs cheering up, and I was wondering preformed something on your float?" She shook her head, but before she could speck, Ferris added: "it would be free entertainment." She paused and looked down, trying to think. She glanced back up at the boring float and compared them to all the other intriguing ones. She then sighed. "Yeah." She finally spoke. "Yeah, you can do that." Ferris mentally celebrated, and they both began to walk to the float. "So what do you have in mind?"

—————————

"He didn't ditch us." Sloane said, trying to convince Cameron that he wouldn't do that. "He might be back at school." He replied.
"He would not go back to school."
"He'd do it just to make me sweat."
Suddenly, a loud voice rise from the speakers of a parade float. "Ladies and gentlemen, we'd like to play a little tune for you." They both looked up to where the familiar voice was originating, just to see Ferris standing on a parade float with a microphone in his hands. "I dedicate this to a man who thinks he hasn't seen anything good today." He spoke. "Cameron Frye, this one's for you." Cameron almost fell over.
