"Pretty good script." Kokomi said, running through the script you'd written. Her eyes were unusually red and swollen. Had she cried recently?

"Thanks." you replied, smiling at her. Kokomi brushed her pink hair aside in a distressed manner and nodded in acknowledgment. Now that you realised, Gorou was nowhere to be seen.

"Where's Gorou?" you asked. The pink haired girl flinched as she played with the blue tips of her hair. Tears welled up in her eyes as if she had just been reminded of something bad.

"Whats wrong?" you asked worriedly as you rubbed circles on her back. Kokomi lifted up her eyes to meet yours sorrowfully.

"Gorou stuck with me because he was stuck with me. And now he's gone." she tugged on your shirt, trembling.

"What do you mean?" you peered into her eyes, searching for an answer. She grabbed onto you even more tightly, sobbing. She was a complete mess.

"Gorou  was taken in by our family as  a child because he was an orphan. I liked him since that time, but he's never had any romantic interest in me. He treats me like a sister, thats it. The one he's given his heart to is-" Kokomi sobbed even harder and sniffled. You waited for her to finish crying and speak further.

"The one he's given his heart to is Kamisato Ayaka." she finished. Your heart froze. Kamisato Ayaka. That was a well reputed name. She was the young daughter of the Kamisato household, and even had her own bodyguard, by the name of Thoma. There was no way Gorou could get anywhere close to Ayaka. She had many suitors and her grades were always the best in class.

"Then why were you dating?" you prodded Kokomi further. She seemed as if she would break down that instant.

"My papa forced Gorou to be with me. Because he knew I liked him. And Gorou decided to give me a chance but just yesterday, he told me that he couldn't treat me as more than a sister. His heart is completely set on Kamisato Ayaka." Kokomi revealed. That came as a shock to you.

"What does Ayaka think about Gorou?" you inquired curiously.

"Nothing good. She thinks he's loud and annoying, and always pushes him away. Thats why I always thought he was too good for her. But, he's- he doesn't want to be with me anymore." Kokomi cried harder as those final words slipped out of her mouth. You lifted a hand up to her head and ran it through her hair, trying to comfort her. You weren't good at this kind of stuff, but you would try your best.

"And you said you wanted to break it up with her?" Kazuha asked. Gorou nodded with a smile on his face. "That was . . . kind of dumb if you consider Kokomi's feelings." Kazuha's voice held a stern tone.

"I know, Kazuha. But there was no other way to tell her. If I hadn't been aggressive enough with my statement, she'd have thought it was the same as all other times." Gorou stated his reason for action in quite the calm manner.

"Fair point." Kazuha agreed. "And how did Ayaka take the news?"

"I don't know if she even knows, honestly. All I know is, I sincerely love Ayayak, and-" Gorou was cut off by a snicker from Kazuha.

"Ayayak?" he teased.

"Hey! Don't tease me for using that nickname! Its just- stuck with me over the years." Gorou pouted. Kazuha laughed and shook his head.

"Its fine." Kazuha gestured at him to continue with what he wanted to say earlier.

"What I wanted to say was I sincerely love Ayayak and I won't give up!" Gorou's eyes glimmered with motivation.

"Good luck." Kazuha winked.
