The way Ayaka looked at your boyfriend was the least unsettling. She approached him with the genuinity of an innocent girl that even somehow made you feel bad for her. She'd been in love with him for over five years, and it had never once been reciprocated. You couldn't help but feel a bit bad for her. Yoimiya just seemed as if she was chasing Kazuha for the rivalry that she enjoyed so much with Ayaka, so Yoimiya didn't bother you in the least. What bothered you was how heavily their feelings must weight on Kazuha.

"Why did Gorou never talk openly about his feelings with us?" you glanced at Kazuha, who just lifted his gaze to the sky outside the window that had been dyed crimson with the hues of the setting sun.

"Gorou's really- well, I could say he's just used to not talking about himself. Whenever something happensc he keeps it to himself, so he doesn't bother anyone else. When he and Kokomi started going out, who could be so shocked as me? He never really told me anything about it, until I asked him about it a few months later and he burst out crying. He's been forced into it for quite some time." Kazuha clasped your hand tightly in his and caressed your fingers delicately with his own.

"But why would they force him?" you shook your head tentatively. Kazuha kissed the back of your hand gently.

"People enjoy it when life goes the way they want it to. Liberty hardly exists for most." he stated tenderly as he continued writing. You kept reading his script, watching his ink stained hands move across the paper, scribbling down the story that he had in his mind. Kazuha had a way with writing- it wasn't just writing, you could say it was a kind of biography. It began with a person's narration and ended with narration. You were keeping up with the lives of the characters, and there was no protagonist or antagonist. That would be up to you to decide. Every character had white hues and black hues. They were all perfectly grey. It made sense since Kazuha's favourite authors were Stephen King and Shakespeare.

"You write scary stories un-surprisingly well." you pecked his cheek, and he returned the favour, except for on your lips.

"You should be saying 'well, not surprisingly', dear." he grinned as he kissed a strand of your hair and looked you in the eye with those heart-piercingly beautiful crimson orbs of his.

"I see my spying hasn't been in vain." your dad opened the door entirely to reveal himself and you practically threw yourself as far away as you could from Kazuha.

"Spying isn't good." Kazuha scolded your dad, and he just laughed maniacally as he smirked at the both of you. Well, atleast it was good that he was feeling better.

"Kazuha, (Y/N), I've got something important to tell you. I'll be going to England for some time, so I've called your aunt Beidou here from China where she's been living till now. She's agreed on it. Be nice to her and get along." he patted your head as you stood up. "And she'll come with her nephew and niece- Xiao and Ganyu, so get along with them too." he added.

"Sounds fun." you smiled. You'd never met them before, but it seemed quite amusing.

"The more the merrier." Kazuha agreed as he clicked the end of his ballpoint pen and set it down as he read through the script he'd written.

"I'll be leaving tomorrow, which is when they'll arrive at the airport. Go and pick them up." your dad kissed your forehead.

"When'll you be back?" you asked the obvious question.

"Don't know, honey. I hope I can get back soon. Catch you then." your dad smiled and ruffled your hair lovingly, then left the room.

You turned back to the script Kazuha was writing, when you got a phone call from Kokomi.

"Yes?" you spoke as you turned the call on speaker.

"Gorou's hurt himself. Come quick." Kokomi sounded as if she was crying. You felt Kazuha's hand tighten around yours as his expression twisted in despair. You felt your blood run cold as well and mouthed a small reply before ending the call.

"Give me the location. We'll be there."
