Anga,

   Everyone were present in the Royal Court of anga,  draupadi were accompanied by both bhanumati and vrushali,  pandavas,  bheshm,  drupad, Krishna,  kunti, Kripi were standing one side and opposite to that karna and ashwathama were standing duryodhan slightly move close to ashwathama but one look from karna,  duryodhan freezed at centre itself.

Both pandavas and bheshm look at court it not like Hastinapur and indraprasth court will be,  its like a long hall were every chair placed equally,  there is a chair in centre but it's not like king's chair,  pandiyan comes there and give water to all drink. Yudhishthir were looking his newly found elder brother,  he always had a fear about karna but now it increases a lot because now the fault is his.

Arjun were constantly trying to gain krishna's attention but both krishna and draupadi royally ignored pandavas presence.

Soon the argument between drupad and bheshm started,  pandavas apologize to drupad and draupadi again and again,  duryodhan were silent in whole time,  both his friends were standing in corner like a third person,  he turn and see them,  both karna and ashwathama turns their face in other side,  pretending they didn't care about anything.

Duryodhan close his and started to take a deep breath.

Karna, did you really think this idea will work,  everyone seems in high emotional state radhaye,  asked ashwathama.

Sometimes,  we have to think in a simple manner ashwathama,  I know the fault is big,  unforgivable but did you notice one thing,  that duryodhan has certain reason behind his actions,  Ofcourse the reason is not that much correct but he has right?  But pandavas has no reason to humiliate draupadi,  only if they took stand for his wife this will not happen,  even drupad's anger for pandavas only,  I don't know this will workout or not but somewhat calms everyone mind said karna.

Duryodhan started to walk in draupadi's direction,  when he came near to her everyone went silent,  both draupadi and duryodhan looked each other eyes straightly for a brief moment.  First time both sees each other without any prejudice,  they were searching the real one.  Draupadi want to see the good face of him,  that shown only for his family and dear ones,  duryodhan wants to see the real woman behind this angry, proud look of her.

When bheem about to interrupt krishna stops him by holding his hand.

Draupadi ! I know I am wrong in this, your laugh and words triggered by ego and just ended up in taking revenge from you,  no excuses can justify my actions I know,  I am sorry if you can forgive me said duryodhan with folding his hand and bends his head,  then he take a sword and cut his palm , the blood splashed both draupadi's face and duryodhan's face everyone were looking them in wide eyes but they both held no emotions.

Duryodhan sits in his knees and touch her foot with blood hand,  he just covered her foot by his blood,  draupadi's eyes started to tears up but in duryodhan's face held proud in his face.  Similarly gandhari, bhanumati, vrushali,  ashwathama , bheshm's face also has a proud feeling for duryodhan.  Pandavas and drupad were shocked by his behavior they didn't expect this from him. Krishna smiled by this and turn to look his vrisha, as usual a straight face karna looking his five brothers.

Karna were continuously looking his five brothers , he was thinking the fact why they never take stand for their wife,  what stops them there?  He was thinking that again and again in his mind that he forget what happens around him,  krishna asked karna,

    Vrisha! What happened ? You kind of success in your process, look duryodhan starts to accept his mistakes and he ask apology also,  then also why you don't smile now?
