Wilblum is a country found in the southern part of Terra, a country mainly focused on commerce. Many adventurers from different corners of the world hail from here as the place is known to be where most of the adventurers' guilds are placed. It is always busy in the streets of Wilblum. Almost every time, the streets are filled with traders and adventurers, as well as people who are here to sightsee the wonders of the city. After all, Wilblum is located near the sea, and canals interconnect each district where traders in boats travel to sell their goods.

The city is always bustling with so many things that it is always so hard to keep track of what you are doing. But that makes up the city of Wilblum, the heart of commerce.

The sun was finally rising and the merchants started hawking their wares. People were early to avoid losing out on the chance of buying wares from all over the nation.

"(Yawn) Do we really have to wake up this early?" said the girl, wearing a brown vest and a sash extending from her left shoulder to her lower abdomen. She placed her hand towards her hair and continued yawning as she followed the people ahead of her.

I couldn't sleep well at night because I was so pissed off at that old man at the shop.

"Aren't you always angry?" The girl next to her said, followed by an examination of her face.

"Argh! Let me tell you, Carol, what would you feel if someone ignored you? The girl was infuriated that she could continue talking all day about it.

The young man, Brandt, along with the other members, continued ahead until they arrived at the center of Wilblum. A cathedral stands erect in the middle, wherein it is surrounded by statues of maidens carrying vases, as well as greeneries like shrubs, vines, and small trees. At the front of the Giant Cathedral doors, a group of clerics, along with some bards, are reciting their daily choir.

"Isn't it lovely as usual?" Ruele said as she gazed wonderfully at the reciting choirs.

The rest of the party made a short stop to listen to the angelic voice that covered the whole district. It was inspiring and touching.

All the time during the performance, the girl kept looking at the Beast girl's ear as it moved along with the rhythm of the music.

"C-cute," she said to herself. The rest continued listening until the end of the performance. After that, a man appeared, running towards them and shouting, "Hey!"

Zach came running towards the group, carrying a large rucksack. He soon arrived at their front, all gasping for air. "*pant* *pant* I'm sorry, I had to check out on some stuff regarding some issues in the guilds," Zach said, followed by a short laugh.

"Let me guess, you still haven't cleared out your offenses." Ruele said as she tilted her glasses, followed by a loud sigh of disappointment.

"Ahem... Anyways, for now, I got the approval to set our course towards Hildem, a town just northwest of here. It appears there has been a sighting of a ruin that has been a threat to the villagers in that area. Apparently, word has it that there are some secrets in the ruins, "he explained.

"Another ruin expedition, huh? Oh well, better than nothing, at least the loot is worth it,"the girl said.

Airis then proceeded to give Brandt dagger-like stares.

The worst thing, though, is that we have a deadline. And if we can't complete this expedition, we'll be changed and paid poorly, "Zach said.

The rest freaked out. Getting paid poorly for your performance in the adventurer's guild isn't something to be taken lightly as it involves adventurer ranks as well as reputation.
