Poem-8 Trust

                            Trust

Have you ever felt you trusted way too many people in your life?

All they did was poke through your heart with a knife.

Or was it trusting and loving only one person that hurt you?

I assume its happened with at least a few.

Now does it feel like you cant trust anyone?

Cause the person who broke it has already won?

It was as easy as pie to replace you for them,

While you thought they were a rare gem.

Now they are enjoying their life like you don't exist,

And I'm sure you might have wished,

Why do I attract myself to idiots like a magnet,

Or are these problems only on this planet?

Maybe aliens are better,

But don't know I haven't met her,

Will I ever trust again?

Or will my brain refrain?

But my heart likes going through this shit,

And breaking itself bit by bit.
