The sparkle in her eyes
Stolen by his lies
The cute little smile
Lasted only for a while
She gave it her all
But all he wanted was for her to fall
Did he succeed
Like that poisonous weed?
Came the plough in her life
Taught her how to strive
Showed her loyalty
Made her feel once again like royalty
Not all are the same
Just like the overs of a game
Now she sparkled like never before
He restore
Something more than what was lost
But at what cost?
He gave water to a river
Corn to a miller
Knife to a killer
Forgetting maybe that shine
Was like expired vine.....
