Oh look heres the gory chapter, be warned, its bad but i needed a backstory. Trigger warning too. Can you guys guess where i got the idea for the backstory from? Hint- its an anime/game. Ciao- Sachiko<3

You snapped your head to the side when Ivan shook your shoulder, surprised. “We’re here now, time to get out.”

You hopped out and immediately Russia threw you over his shoulder. You screamed playfully and smacked him lightly on the back. He only laughed and sprinted away, keeping a strong hold on your legs so you wouldn’t fall. You weren’t mad at all; even upside down you had a nice view of his ass.

Suddenly he paused and you attempted to turn around. You couldn’t see where you were and were quite confused. He slung you forward and you landed on your feet, a tad breathless from all the laughing and yelling.

 “You’re ok, Da?”

“Don’t worry, im fine. That was fun though, you’re really strong.”

“Spasibo, now take a look at where we are.” You turned around and gasped. You were at the top of a hill overlooking some sunflowers, a beautiful view. Sitting on the ground was a beautiful picnic, a (F/C) soft blanket with some candles, wine glasses, plates, and a picnic basket.

From behind Russia hugged your shoulders, pulling you close. He whispered in your ear “You like, Da?” You nodded softly as he sat down on the blanket, patting the blanket next to him.

You sat, marveling at how soft the blanket was. “I take it you had help with this?”

“Yes, I did. Lithuania and the Italy brothers helped me out, as well as France.”

“Wow, I can’t believe you worked so hard on this day. I really don’t deserve this; you took me skating and won me this hat and that plush and then this food. I don’t quite understand everything that’s been going on in the past few days.”

“Don’t worry, I will explain before long. Let’s just enjoy this food for now.” He opened the basket and pulled out a bottle of Italian red wine. You grinned, knowing Romano put it there.

It was his favorite vintage and he owed you several times over. You grabbed it and started pouring it into the wine glasses as Russia pulled out food and started putting onto the plates. There was croissants, a Russian soup called borsch, hard boiled eggs, and a smorgasbord of other random but delicious foods, Nutella included.

You both dug in, the soup being a favorite for you both. When you were both finally full, you stacked up the few plates you had and poured a second glass of the delicious wine. You leaned on Russia’s shoulder as you swirled the wine lazily in the glass, talking about cats.

The conversation paused for a moment you did your best to capture the moment for your memories. Although it wasn’t going to be quite necessary what with all the pictures Toris, Feliks, and Feliciano were taking, hiding in a bush twenty feet away.

Russia booped you softly on the nose, bringing you back to reality. “Look at the sunset, it’s beautiful. One of the best I’ve ever seen.”

You lifted up your head and gasped, it really was beautiful. The sky was filled with varying shades of orange, red, pink, and some violet. It reminded you of Ivan’s eyes and you were entranced.

“Wow Ivan, it’s magnificent, and the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen.”

“Not quiet number one for me, I can think of one more thing that’s more beautiful. On that note we still need to talk about the other night. Would you like to ask me first or I ask you.”
