“Sunflower, will you be my girlfriend?” You exhaled; you had thought he was going to propose.

You smiled sweetly and said “Absolutely Vanya, I would be honored.” He smiled back and opened the box. Inside was a silver charm bracelet, a few charms already attached. He lifted it out and stood up, lightly grabbing your wrist. He fastened it and you held it up to the dying light.

There was 3 charms, a golden sunflower, a tiny vodka bottle, and a small heart. “Open the heart, it’s a locket.” You undid the clasp and inside was a small picture of Ivan.

On the other side was the words “Always with you, forever.” Ivan smiled and said “I have a matching bracelet, we can add new charms when something happens or simply to add them,”

He shook his wrist, revealing the match. You opened the locket and inside was a picture of you, mid laugh, hair flying wild around your head. You had seen this picture before; it was from one of America’s party’s. You’d had so much fun that night, dancing with Ivan; it was one of your favorite pictures.

You leaned up and kissed him softly, saying a silent thank you. He smiled into the kiss, breaking away after a moment. “It’s getting late, we should probably pack up. I can tell you’re tired, would you like to…” He paused, noticing a rustle from a bush not far from the blanket.

“Hey who’s there? I swear if it’s you France I will castrate you.” An auburn head with a curl poked out of the bush, scared. “Ve, it’s only me, Poland, and Lithuania. Please don’t hurt us. We just wanted to take pictures; we’ve been waiting for you guys to get together for a long time.”

“Oh, it’s just you Ita-chan. Thank you and Liet for the picnic. Tell Romano thank you for the wine, I know he sent it. Do you guys need a ride?”

“No, Poland drove us here. Italy offered but the last time he drove we almost died about 20 times.”

“Nice to see you, bye then.” You replied, waving goodbye.

You yawned, tired out from the skating, the walking, and the wine. Russia quickly packed up all of the picnic items and placed them in the trunk. You had sat down in the soft grass, almost asleep. Ivan picked you up and sat you in the backseat, putting his jacket over you as a blanket. You smiled and snuggled down, out within seconds. Russia drove you home, tucked you in and left, needing to check on his house. You slept peacefully, a smile on your face for hours.

New chappy in a few minutes, this one is stupidly short. Plus it works with today being April 1st. Ciao- Sachiko<3
