"Okay be honest with me, this is a safe space. Are you unemployed now?" Felix laughs as he bumps into Changbin on his way out for the day. He has plans with Chan so he's in a bit of a hurry.

"Not that I don't love how many times I've seen you in the past two weeks, but I hope you're not neglecting work just to see me." He says while embracing the rapper.

"First of all Princess, I'd quit my job if it meant I could spend everyday with you. And secondly, I'm here to pick up Harin from her ballet lesson with Jongin. Bumping into you was sheer coincidence, but I'm glad I did." He tucks a stray blonde hair back and pulls him in for a slow and tender kiss.

"I missed you baby, how was your day?" The older asks as he reaches to hold one of Felix's hands.

"I missed you too, my day was good. I finished early, so I'm actually headed to Channie hyung's place. How was yours?"

"Busy as fuck, but I'm taking a quick break to pick up Harin for dinner since I haven't seen her while she's at her grandparents."

"Ughh cute. I could just pass away right now that's how cute you are." He pecks his nose.

"As much as I'd love to stay and talk with you, I gotta go before that old man kills me. Have fun on your dinner date, call me tonight okay? I lo... I umm I'll talk to you later."

"Okay baby, have fun with your date. I'll call you later." He chuckles and give him a goodbye kiss before continuing his trek to the dance studio.

"And then my dumb ass almost said I love you to him as I was rushing over here" he facepalms while explaining his earlier predicament to the older Australian who is currently whooping his ass at the game.

"It's nothing to be embarrassed about kiddo. You've both been in love with each other for the longest time, it's only natural."

"Sure but we've only been official for like 2 weeks, it feels too soon. Plus I don't know if you should be talking Mr 'I'm in love with my neighbor but I can't ask him out.' seriously though, you should go over there with a pie or something and ask him out with the quickness. Seungmin said Taeyong keeps bringing him flowers that he leaves to die in the studio because he feels bad rejecting him, but doesn't like him like that. I'm sure it's also eating you up inside, and I just want you to be happy."

"Yeah I guess you're right. Maybe I'll do it after the anniversary party, but it has to be after his album recording is done. It's just tough because I do work on some of his music and I don't want him to be prosecuted by the public for supposedly sleeping his way to the top or whatever these crazy sasaengs will make up." He pauses the game and sits back on the couch to get more comfortable,

"You and Changbin, minsung, and seungjin are all in different industries, so it's easier for plausible deniability, but because our careers are so entangled I can't help but worry about him. I've already been established for years now, but he's still on his sophomore album. Maybe I'm thinking too much into it, but I can't help but worry y'know?" Felix sits back and really takes in where Chan is coming from,

"Wow I guess when you put it like that, that really does make a lot of sense. I've seen some comments on the article where Dispatch interviewed both our companies and some people were saying that our relationship is a PR move because AOMG and 1M tend to work on a lot of shit together, so if I can get that and we don't even work together on personal projects, I can see why you're apprehensive about Jeongin.
On the other hand though, I do feel like this is something you both need to discuss and decide on together. If he's not comfortable with being in that position, then that should be his decision to make. But if he has also thought about it to such extent as you have and he understands the possible consequences then you both deserve to be together and happy." He leans into the older instinctively puts his arms around him and they cuddle on the couch.
