Chap 7

MEHRUL POV
Sameer was still in my room and we were watching a movie
I was in a sitting position and his head was in my lap
We were watching phir Hera pheri
It's my all time favorite movie

Suddenly saad came in banging the door open and seeing us like this
'Chal mera puttar Aja' saad said pulling sameers hand
'Kun bhae'
'Beta teri shaadi mahine mai ha aur larka aur larki ko Milna nhi chahiye'
'Chal Nikal' sameer replied jerking saad hand away
'Theek ha phir'
He said and came around sameer laying on my lap next to sameer

'Hat yaar' sameer shouted pushing his head away
'Kun hatoon mai'
'Meir biwi ha teri nhi'
'Usko masla nhi tujhe Kia'
'Yaaaarr' I yelled and they both stood up
'Dono nikli ajeeb'
'Saari movie kharab kardi I said standing up
'But Jan-' sameer said
'Don't jan me get out' I said pushing them both out of my room

And shut the door on their face
'Koi faida nhi hua' I heard sameer saying and laughed

And I slept after praying

I woke up for fajr and decided to wake mama up
I went downstairs to drink water and
'Leave me Murat' shahnoor said
It was coming from the kitchen
'Kun bhae ap tou sab maan gae ab tou smile karlo' Murat replied
'Han thanks to mehrul'
'Uske ilawa possible nhi hota uski jitni sab sunte hain utni kisi nhi sunte'
I felt so proud at his statement
'Pata nhi kese itni jaldi mana Lia' and I decided to interrupt their convo

I went inside and cleared my throat
Both of their faces diverted towards me
'Mehrul' shahnoor said getting her grip out of murats hand
'tou ye karte hain aap log roz raat' I scolded them

'Bas theek ha ziada clarification na do' I said
'Mehrul please mama baba ko nhi btana' noor said
'Kun na btaon mai' I said putting my hands on my waist
'Na karo please please' Murat pleaded

I showed them my tongue and ran away

I slept after praying
I woke up when someone was banging on my door to wake me up
'Let's go mehrul' Manal was shouting from outiside
'Aai' I yelled and stood up quickly
I changed and ran downstairs
They were sitting in the jeep all loaded
I think they only take me because they don't have someone to drive them

Obviously they have their nikamme sons but as I said nikamme(useless)
I quickly got in and started driving
I stopped at dunkin to get a coffee

'I'll have a donut' Manal said
'I'll have an Alaska' zoya said
'And get me one bagel' minaal chachi said

I went inside ignoring them and got my cold coffee and came out
'Where is my order' Manal whined
'What order'
'That we told you' zoya said
'I never asked you guys' I said laughing and driving away

We reached the shops and went inside
'How's this mehrul' saman chachi asked me while I was using my phone
'Hmm' I hummed looking at my phone
I was looking at some dresses
I decided to tell Sara khala bring the dress for me from Islamabad
They will be cheap and unique

I was looking at some dresses when one caught my attention it was so beautiful but looking at the prices my mouth dropped

So expensive

And I scrolled away

When everybody was done
Mom and minaal chachi decided to have my mehndi next to next Saturday because this idiot Manal gave them the idea

I went home and inside the kitchen directly and gulped a glass of water

'Here drink this' sameer said giving me a glass of banana milkshake
'Yaar bas aik mahina ruk ja phir jitni khidmat karni ho karte rehna' zayan said from the back and Sameer gave him death glares

'What nhi I'm not asking I'm telling you i searched on the internet this gives you energy'
'This internet kambakhat' I whispered
'I heard that' and chuckled scratching my head

I sighed in defeat knowing he won't leave me alone and gulped the glass down
And ran towards the washroom
I wanted to puke

Zayan and Sameer came behind me
Sameer held my hair and was rubbing my back
'Pregnant tou nhi' zayan said and received glare from both of us

After a while zayan came with a glass of tang and gave it to me
'Thankyou I was craving this'
'Sachi mai check karale pregnant na hi sachi mai'
And I slapped the back of his head
'Idhar hi zinda garr dungi' I said and moved back

He was going but whispered something in sameers ears while going
'Check karale aik dafa ab tou mood swings bhi aa rhe' and hearing him I picked up my chapel and threw it at him
He ran laughing away

I was siting watching a show on Netflix and noor was siting next to me

We were watching friends and a kissing scene came and covered noors eyes
'Abey apagl tou nhi I'm not a kid' she said jerking her hand away
And I skipped the scene

'YAARRRR' Manal came in the house screaming and looking like she's about to kill someone
'Kia hua' I asked
'Yaar mehrul teri zindagi kitni achi ha' she said handing me her report card
'A D in business aur ghum us musab ke saath' I said
'Maine tou kab ka chhor dia us musab ko'
'Ab kispe nazrein hain aap ki' zayan said coming in the lounge
'Bas aik hi bande ke upar' and hamad went away but her eyes were locked on him and a smile grew on my face

'MEHR' sameer shouted coming in the house
'Han' I replied and he came near me
He went to the office after a long time

I was holding something
'Close your eyes' and I did what he told me
He took my hand and made me wear something
I opened my eyes and

god I love gajre they are so pretty
As checking out the beautiful gajre
'Awwww you guys are so cute I'm totally fangirling' shahnoor said
'Beta Tera bhi time aaega sirf mera hi nhi aaega' Manal said in sadness
'Kun zayan is also very romantic' I said amd she choked on the air she breathing
'Chup pagal tou nhi' she said putting her hand on my mouth'
'How do you know' she asked me

'I'm not dumb babe' I told her
'Bas don't tell anybody' she told me
'Han na I won't'
'And what about us if we told anybody' noor asked
'Sameer won't and aap tou yaad hi nhi rahega mashaallah itna tez dimag jo ha' she said and I bursted into laughing
'You' noor said

'Acha chill nobody will tell nobody' I said and and everybody agreed
'What will nobody tell nobody' we heard a voice and it was zayan
And Manal stood up in a jolt
