Unexpected love

Nightmare

Leo

After 3 excruciating hours of talking to Igore and his men about the warehouse mission and way more paper work than there should be, me and Jessie had gone back to our room.

She had gone to take a shower and I changed out of my suit into a pair of grey sweatpants and a skin tight black tee.

I sat down on the bed and pulled my phone out from my pocket.

I checked emails and texts looking at the latest assignments and updates.

Work was extremely stressful. Don relied on me for too much to handle.

I was Don's second hand man, his best man. But now with Jessie. I would most likely lose that privilege.

As much as I respect Don and appreciate my job, it might be nice to have a break from all of it.

I knew I would continue being at Don's call when their was a difficult assignment, Jessie would be with me now.

I looked up from my phones screen when I heard the bathroom door open.

Steam came rolling out and I could barely see it, then following the steam came out Jessie.

She was wearing grey pijama pants that hugged her  legs perfectly. She was wearing a white top and her hair was down and wet.

She was so god damn pretty. It was hard to get my jaw from dropping to the floor.

"I'm not sleeping on the ground." She looked over at me.

Oh? She wants the bed huh? Yeah right cupcake.

"Well neither am I." I growled back at her.

She walked over to the other side of the bed and lifted the blanket from the mattress.

She had to do a small hop off the ground to be able to get her body on the tall bed.

She wiggled her body underneath the blanket.

"Stay on your side." She grumbled as she laid facing away from me.

"Noted." I spoke under my breath while I turned my gaze back to my phones screen.

After an hour of answering emails and texts I put my phone down. I looked over at Jessie who was now facing me and was sleeping peacefully. She looked so beautiful while she slept.

She had a single strand of hair in her face in her face...I wanted to tug it behide her ear.

Ew Leo snap out of it!

I placed my phone on the nightstand next to my..our bed and flicked off the dim lighting lamp.

I pulled myself under the blanket and took off my shirt.

I closed my eyes and slowly drifted off to sleep. My mind running in circles as I though about work.

Jessie

My mom and dad both smiled back and me and I returned it.

"I love you Jess." My mother kept on her warm smile as she kept her hand on the wheel.

"I love you to mom." I smiled at her before I noticed the truck headed straight for us.

"MOM LOOK OUT." I screamed before impact hit our car and everything went black.

I shot up my body breathing heavily. I was sobbing and sweating. I felt scared and sad at the same time. I wanted to die.

I covered my mouth with my hand to cover the sound of my sobs since I realized I was still in bed with Leo.
