Jessie
I can remember much. I just remember seeing Leo, and seeing thomas.
I remember pain and suffering. I stare off into space, staring at the bathroom wall as a older women helps me clean the dried blood away from my skin in a bath.
I look down at my hands. My wrists were bandaged and so was my stomach.
When I see my stomach it sparks the memory of the knife.
I closed my eyes tightly to shake off the thought until I'm relieved to hear her speak.
"It's ok dear, your ok now." She smiled down warmly at me as she began to help me out of the bubble bath.
I leave the warm water and she wraps a towel around me.
"What's your name?" I ask her quietly.
"Marie." She smiled one again as she pulled the drain from the tub.
"Thank you." I didn't smile. I just stared at her.
"Of course dear."
I found a liking to this women. She seemed kind, she was also so familiar it was mind boggling.
I couldn't take my eyes away from her features. Her deep brown eyes, the pink lips that tilted upwards, the way her nose fitted on her face perfectly.
She was a kind person and that was completely transparent.
She left me in the my bedroom with a pair of grey sweatpants and a skin tight black tee.
I stepped over to them. I picked up the pants. They didn't look familiar to me.
I observed them and got a whiff of the smell.
These are Leo's.
I could recognize that scent from anywhere. That musky and manly scent that Leo always carried with him.
I put them on along with the shirt. I felt much better but I was still in pain.
I left my room. As much as I loved it there was one person I wanted to see.
I struggled to walk to Leo's room. Once I arrived I knocked lightly on the door.
"Come in." He grumbled.
I opened the door and stepped into the room. He turned his head and his previous anger faded.
"Hey Jess." He smiled warmly as he got up to come help me.
"Hey." I lost my balance as I stood from exhaustion.
I awaited the thump of my body hitting the hard floor but it never came, instead I felt two strong arms wrap around me.
I opened my eyes and Leo helped me.
"Woah..you shouldn't be walking." He carried me over to his bed and sat me down on it.
"Your eating right now. What do you want?" He asked me.
I hesitated and he cut my decision off.
"Nevermind, I'll just order the entire menu." He pulled out his phone.
As he talked to the other person on the phone I stared at him.
His eyes, those eyes that I could get lost in. His perfect jaw line that could cut glass, the way he furrowed his brows when he was frustrated.
Leo was driving me crazy. He's all I've been thinking about.
Im addicted to this man.
He was like a Greek god. He was shaped so perfectly. It was astonishing.
