Reaping what she sowed

The woman looked at Shu Mei while her eyes started to pool with tears, she felt hurt from the rejection but was also puzzled.

How could such a beautiful woman like her be rejected in this manner? Thinking back at the previous men she entertained, didn't they all jump at the chance to take advantage of her? They had stared at her with lust and undressed her with their eyes just by having her wear this dress.

"Why don't you think of it this way, she reaped what she sowed. It is also a reward to the beggar who would have never had a chance to have a woman, don't you think?" he asked in a teasing smile and refusing to look away from her beautiful face.

True enough, the Shu Mei that he loves is kind-hearted as well as beautiful, she is the whole package!
