#25 Moments with children (CASHTON)

CALUM:

You sat on the grass and watched your daughter jump on the trampoline. A huge grin plastered on her face as she clumsily pushed her hair out of her face with her tiny hands.

"She's adorable." You heard Calum say as he sat next to you. You hummed in agreement.

"Daddy! Daddy! Come join me!" Lucy called out.

"I'm coming." He chuckled getting up and climbing on the trampoline with her. He swooped her up and started jumping, her a giggling mess in his arms.

"Should Mummy join us?" Calum asked. Lucy squealed as a yes. You laughed and climbed on next to them.

"Jump Mummy!" Lucy yelled as she was put down by Calum. You all bounced on the trampoline. After a while you grew tired and collapsed on it. Calum and Lucy following suit, both of them cuddling up with you, with huge smiles on their faces.

ASHTON:

(HIS POV)

"Daddy! Daddy!" Kiara shouted running towards me as I sat on my drum stool.

"What's up sweetheart?" I asked as I picked her up and say her on my lap.

"I wanna learn how to play your drums!" She giggled. I looked at her in astonishment.

"Really? I can teach you now then." I laughed.

"Yes!" She said in excitement. I placed my drumsticks in her hands and wrapped mine around hers.

"Okay baby girl. I'll just teach you a little beat with the snare drum and hi-hat." I told her. "We're going to count to four and hit all them beats on the hi-hat and then we'll hit the snare on the 2nd and 4th beat." She nodded at what I said.

"Okay count with me. 1&2&3&4." I said and she muttered it as well and we slowly tapped out the beat. We continued this for a little while.

"Daddy my arms hurt." Kiara complained. We stopped playing and I placed the drumsticks down.

"Alright. How about we stop and go and get some ice cream?" I suggested. She nodded and ran to put on her shoes.
