She felt asleep on their way home the light blinded her as she woke up. She slowly opened her eyes and saw Greggy standing on the opened rear door of the car.
"Wake up we are already home."
She wiped her eyes with her hand as she continue yawning.
"Nakatulog pala ako I'm sorry." she go out of the car and get all the stuffs they buy at the mall.
"You seems very tired magpapaluto nalang tayo ng ulam for dinner sa cook" he stroked her hair as they walk upon entering the house.
"I want to sleep nalang ayoko na mag dinner busog naman ako."
"You need to eat Irene just kahit kunti lang." he negotiated.
"Kung hindi ako makatulog, inaantok na talaga ako Greggy at tinatamad ako and please don't wake me up." she went straight on their room and dive in on the bed.
Greggy take his dinner alone and sips a glass of wine that night and after he went to bed.
6 o'clock now in the morning she woke up and stood up and look for him.
She can hear his voice and saw him outside in the garden talking to someone over the phone.
"I will use the chopper para mabilis ako makapunta diyan." she overheard as she leaned at the doors frame.
"You finally woke up." He strode towards her and kissed her lips.
"Sino kausap mo? bakit gagamitin mo talaga yung chopper?" she asked.
"Si Buddy yun pupunta ako sa Iloilo bukas meeting may meeting kami, a meeting with my business partners." He shared and cupped her face. "Bukas? bakit hindi ko alam na may ganyan ka na schedule?" she asked.
"I forgot to tell you I am really sorry but don't worry two days lang naman ako doon may pag uusapan lang about sa market stocks at may kailangang i-review." He replied.
"Bakit hindi mo ako sinabihan ng maaga? Paano pag mapahamak ka doon? pwede pa naman siguro na dito nalang yung meeting niyo?" She negotiated.
"Darling I really need to go there may mga kailangan akong ayusin." He explained but she was certained disagree.
"Bakit sa Iloilo talaga? Anong oras yung alis mo bukas?" she wanted further details, he sighed and took a moment before he answered as he know she will disagree more.
"Kailangan sa Iloilo kasi may naka base na major stock holder doon at nandoon rin mismo ang problema." He explained but he lied. It was already planned that the meeting will be held in Iloilo just for a new setting and different environment the place had no any connections about the business meeting it was just his business partners want the meeting to be held there and he agreed.
Irene panted sharply "So Greggy wala talaga akong choice." She whined.
"Pwede naman sabihan mo sila na dito nalang diba? Iiwan mo ko dito ng two days?" she followed.
