Chapter 13

Ava-
I finally arrived to my hair appointment almost an hour later. Good thing I told jaleia I would be running late. I parked my car and went inside only to be greeted by gawking eyes and silent whispers. I wonder if I got some shit on my face or something. Wtf! I glanced over to jaleia only to get the same results. I walked over to jaleia. "What's up with all the ugly stares?", I asked jaleia. "We heard about you and red and everybody in here is a big fan of him and feel like you shouldn't have walked out on him like that", she spoke shocking the shit out of me. "Yall are outsiders looking in", I yelled looking around at everybody. "Yall don't know what the hell goes on between me and red so the ugly ass faces can stop", I yelled once again on my way out the door. I don't know what the fu*k those hoes problems are. They don't know shit about me or my life. Fu*k them and fu*k red too! Before I could get in my car and shut the door somebody stopped the door with a crutch. "What th-", I paused in mid sentence only to see red stopping my door with a crutch. "What?", I asked practically yelling. "I need to talk to you", he spoke soft sounding like the victim. "We don't have anything to talk about. You been doing enough talking.", I said pointing to the salon. "You making it seem like I walked out on you for no reason. How dare you?", I spoke. "Look man, I already apologized. What else do you want from me? The girl is JUST a friend why can't you believe what the fuk I'm telling you. You so fuking stuck up to where you don't listen to shit nobody telling you. If you can't trust me then why do you even wanna be with me. If it was more to it I would tell you. Just shut the fuk up and listen sometimes. You need to get your act together because I'm gonna be in my baby life regardless to how the fuk you feel", he spoke sounding angry. "Im sorry it's just I've been lied to before and I just have to protect myself from ever being hurt again", I said getting back out the car. We walked around the block as we talked for an hour and made up. I just can't live without him. I especially want him in his baby's life so I'm willing to make things work for my baby's sake. And here I am again forgiving him, I just hope he doesn't make me regret this.

Everything been good since I got ava back. My leg done get better to where I don't have to wear crutches and my business been doing good. I done moved out of the hood into something more luxurious for my baby sake. Everything would be going perfect if I was talking to my mama. I ain't heard from her since that shit went down with her lil boyfriend and I ain't trying to. It is what it is. I turned over to a sleeping ava and knew this was my time to get out and get some business handled. I jumped up, grabbed my keys and headed out. My first stop was on my corner where the most business is. Business was booming as usual so I headed over to the office to see how things were going. A lot of shit different now, I got me an office, an assistant, and a lot more workers to distribute this product. I even upgraded to dealing powder. I'm slowly but surely taking over. I pulled up to the office, parked and got out. When I walked in shit was quiet just how I like it. I seen my workers packing and counting money so I headed to my office. When I unlock my door I was greeted by my assistant. She was a 5'2, thick brown skin bitch from the caribbeans. She was about her money, & she knew how to handle this shit since her family in the business and her daddy an old drug lord from the islands. Over all she a real business woman and that's what I like. I'm attracted to her but I can't risk losing my baby girl again. We only fuck 2 or 3 times cause I told her we couldn't keep doing that but it's so hard for a nigga to resist! I unlock my safe and started counting my money just to make sure it was what I left in here. I turned around and starting going through my desk when Mulan, my assistant came and sat on the edge of my desk. I don't know what it is about her but she get all my attention when she come around. "What's up boss man" she asked sounding so sexy. "Nothing much just chilling boss lady" I said smiling. A smirk plastered across her face and she lick her lips causing my erection. "Anything I can do for you", she asked seductively while putting her foot between my legs and lifting it up brushing my wood. "Man gone head" I spat back getting annoyed. She jumped down and got on her knees and started unbuckling my pants. "You know you want it", she said while licking at my wood. The next thing I know is I was biting on my bottom lip while she went to work on my man. When I was done being pleased I push her off me and left. I felt bad afterwards for doing that to my girl. I sped home and got back in the bed with her.
