The thought had never really crossed your mind. What would happen if you left? You knew your father would only care about the alliance, and Wilbur wouldn't handle it the best. Fundy would be left without a real friend, Tommy would blame himself, Tubbo would try and figure out why. The kingdoms already seem peaceful to one another. The idea sounded wonderful, until a thought crossed your mind - what about Dream, and everything that could happen once you leave.

"I was told to. If I don't, the kingdoms might continue fighting." You mumble, still unsure.

"I thought it was just the kings that were fighting, not the people." Ranboo responded. You started to think about how the war had started, but you couldn't come up with an answer.

"Why though?" You started to say to yourself.

"Please don't stress yourself out. Everyone knows that it wasn't your fault." Ranboo assured you. You gave him a light smile. You heard footsteps on the stone floor in the castle, and turned around to find Dream.

You got up and hugged him, not caring if you weren't supposed to. You felt him hug back, and were grateful that someone was willing to help.

"Who is this?" Dream questioned. You knew he wasn't allowed to fight anyone yet, so you let go and helped Ranboo off the ground.

"This is Ranboo, I found him in the garden." You replied. You saw Dream's shoulders relax, and Ranboo started to calm down.

"Hello, Ranboo. How did you get into the castle?" Dream asked. You didn't know, so you turned around and looked up at him.

"I'm half (½) Enderian." Ranboo murmured, almost uncomfortably. You nod, and Dream gapes in shock.

"You're part Enderian?" He asks excitedly. His face lit up like a child's would on their birthday.

"Yeah," they mumble, looking away from Dream and yourself.

"Cool!" Dream replies. A very large thought crossed your mind: Babbity Rabbity and her Cackling Stump. You had completely forgotten about the book and wanted to show it to Eret.

You began to walk aggressively back inside the castle in hopes to find them. Walking past the large pillars you looked around for them. You began to head to the library to find Eret leaning against the wall, deep in thought.

"Eret!" You say, beginning to approach them. They looked up at you, a nice smile appearing on their face.

"Y/N, how ca-" They began to say, however you grabbed her wrist and began to drag him into the library.

You dragged them past the shelves of books, and found the right shelf where the book was located. You let go of her wrist and looked at the endless amount of books until you found the blue bird colored cover that you desired. You grab the book off the shelf and hand it to Eret.

"I haven't read this one, is it good?" Eret said, starting to flip through the pages.

"Yes. Read it." You command. They begin to chuckle and walk out of the shelves to begin reading.

You look back to the shelf that held the book and looked for ones with similar designs. You found one with a similar cover: The Warlock's Hairy Heart. You yanked it off the shelf and found Eret deeply invested in reading the book, sitting at a nearby table. You walk over to the table and begin reading your new book.
