Chapter 5

Yami POV

It must have been around midday, when I finally arrived back in Konoha. I tiptoed around the main ways and made sure nobody seen me come back. I was sure they where worried, but I was too tired for questions right now. All I wanted was a proper shower and good food, with a nice rest afterwards.

My plans were crushed by the boy with the yellow hair.

"Where have you been? The entire village was looking for ya" He said and crossed his little arm's in front of his chest. I went up to Naruto and flicked his forehead smiling. "I had a super secret mission! But you can't tell anyone, that's why I am hiding on the secret path's" I lied and almost regretted it, when I saw his eyes lit up in excitement. "Ohhh, can I help?" He started jumping around and jelling what a great Ninja he is. I became worried, that someone could hear us.
"Naruto psst! Before my super secret mission gets blown. You must go away quick and never talk to anyone, that you have seen me. Do you understand?" I felt really bad for lying, but I was gonna make it good with some Ramen another day.

"Understood! No word is gonna leave my mouth. Cya!" He ran away smiling and I waved him a goodbye. After he was gone, I sighted relieved and went on with my way.

"Super secret Mission, eh?"

I was gonna punch air at this point.

"Ah Kakashi, sharp eyed as usual" I looked up to the roof and watched the white haired man jump down to the ground. "Where have you been?" He asked and checked me from top to bottom. "You look awful and you stink, did someone kidnap you again?" He raised his eyebrow and I rolled my eyes. "Not now" I said and walked past him.

Btw, what does he mean by again? It happened once before!

"Tell me as soon as you're good, all right?" He asked with a worried tone and I nodded tiredly. We then split part ways and I went on.
When I finally reached my house, I went straight to the shower. Washing away the happening and relaxing my muscles. Afterwards I made myself some food and laid down outside on my terrace, enjoying my stew.

"So you're back" Shikamaru's head and voice appeared around the corner of my house. I was just about to eat my first bite! "Yeah I am" I replied half pissed and he took a seat next to me. "You had me worried, what a drag" He said sighting and threw me a look. "What happened?" He asked, while I started eating my stew.

"Noffing" I gave back with full mouth, my stew was much more important right now. "C'mon sis, I know when something is off" I threw my brother a pissed look and he held his hands up. "Okay eat up first, you are worse than Choji if it comes to food" He laughed and sunk into his chair, closing his eyes.

I finally could finish my stew in peace and after I was done, I laid back satisfied. I finally had all I needed. A good shower, good food and now a nice rest! Nothing was better than doing absolutely nothing.

I let out a small burb and earned a chuckle from Shikamaru.

"So, are you gonna tell me what happened?" He asked with an eye open towards me. I did exactly the same back and we both started laughing. We may not look the same, but we definitely we're one of a kind.

"I was kidnapped, but they let me go after... Realizing I had not the Intel they seeked" Lying to Naruto was bad enough, but to my brother? That is kind of painful.

"I know you're somewhat lying, but also telling the truth" He gave back and I chuckled. He was always the smarter one. "Knowing you, you have your reasons so... It's too much of a drag to dig deeper now. I just want to relax now" He said and closed his eye again. I smiled at him and did the same.
