House was doing clinic duty with Firuze. He had gotten into trouble with Cuddy when she found out that Firuze had been taking on House's clinic hours, as an intern doctor without much experience, for a week. House was examining a little boy who came with his mother. He had nausea and diarrhea. The boy got a bucket from House and was throwing up all the time. Firuze was right behind House (as a "student") and was white like the wall. She was sweating cold. She always felt sick when someone vomited in front of her. She held her mouth tight as the boy vomited again and she tried very hard not to do the same.

"It's a gastrointestinal infection," he said when he finished the exam.

"My slave, I'm sorry, I mean my intern will explain you the treatment"

He left the rest to Firuze and started to write something.
Firuze found it very difficult to speak.

"He should drink pleanty of fluids, don't go to school, eat light foods and please don't take medication to stop the diarrhea. And if he can't take enough fluids by himself because of the nausea we have to give him a transfusion to avoid a dehydration, "she told the mother, breathing hard.

House turned back to the child. At that very moment he threw up again. Firuze couldn't stop it, turned and threw up in the trash can at the same time.

House just rolled his eyes between 2 throwing up people.
