“Hello, Harry.” The unfamiliar lady said cheerily. “My name is Callie.”

I didn’t respond. I simply looked down at my lap waiting for Louis to appear at my side. I hadn’t seen him since I bumped into the guy in the hall and now I was in trouble for it and Louis wasn’t here to help me through it.

“Harry, from what I heard you were running through the hall and that’s how you collided with Cam. Is this true?"

Jamie? I guess that was the boy I ran into. I hoped he was okay…I know how tough it can be in here especially when you have really serious problems. I nodded at the question to confirm her statement. “The nurses told me you had a visitor in your room?”

I nodded.

“Did the visitor upset you?”

I nodded.

“Can you tell me what the visitor did to upset you?”

I shook my head.

Callie sighed and picked up a chart. “So Harry, you see your deceased boyfriend.”

She said still holding the chart up to read. I already didn’t like her and it was only making this whole thing worse, seeing as Louis had now deserted me.

I nodded. She looked away from the chart to raise a neatly threaded eyebrow. “Harry, is that the reason why you aren’t talking?” Callie asked gently.

I nodded.

“Harry, you need to understand that he is not really here. You just miss him so much that you believe that he is around but Harry you need to understand the fact that he has moved on and gone to a better place.” She said with a smile. My heart started to pound and I could feel my face growing red. She didn’t believe that I could see Louis. I wanted to scream at her that Louis was really back but I knew it was a waste of time. I decided instead of getting upset over something I couldn’t change I got up and left.

“Harry?!” Callie called after me. I could hear her footsteps charging up behind me. Tears poured down my cheeks as I walked faster in order to get away from her. It was no use. Her hand gripped my forearm slightly pulling me backwards, she wasn’t being rough but it was alarming. As if Louis could sense my distress he appeared by my side confused at the scene he was witnessing. I was struggling against the woman’s grip and she was trying to calm me down.

Let go of him!” Louis shouted, but of course she couldn’t hear him.

“Louis, help.” I whimpered. Louis looked around helplessly. He couldn’t do anything. He couldn’t touch her, he couldn’t touch me and he couldn’t call for help.

Haz, push her back.” He commanded. I did as Louis said. I roughly shoved the woman and she fell to the ground with a scream. As if on cue a team of medical staff charged me. Someone grabbed me. Louis screamed. I screamed and then nothing, only darkness.

I woke up back in my room. My arm hurt and my head hurt like hell, it was like a mini-smoke bomb had been let off in my mind making it difficult for me to even think clearly.

“You okay?” Louis asked softly. He sat next to me on my bed gently patting the sheets. I couldn’t feel it but it was the closest I could get.

“My head feels funny…” I croaked. “And so does my throat.”

“They drugged you or something. I wanted to stop them but I couldn’t. Haz, I’m sorry.”  Louis looked down at me arm bringing my attention to the small plaster that lay over the bruised and aching area. They must have sedated me; I can’t say it hasn’t happened before.

“Where were you? I needed you and you weren’t there when I had to talk to the lady.” I pouted.

“I’m sorry, Hazza.” Louis said avoiding my eyes. “I’m really sorry.”

He still hadn’t answered my question. I desperately wanted to know why he was avoiding answering it. It couldn’t be that bad, right?

“You didn’t answer my—”

Before I could finish my question a knock sounded at the door. Louis disappeared to go and check who it was. He reappeared no more than a second later wearing a disapproving scowl.

“It’s that guy you bumped into in the hall.” Louis muttered.

“Come in!” I shouted. The door slowly creeped open and in stepped the boy. He was cute but dangerously pale, people had said I looked pale but this was a completely new level. I wasn’t sure if he was just like that or maybe he was sick…

“H-H-Hi…I-I-I’m C-Ca-Cameron.” He stuttered. He had an excited but unsettling grin on his face. “Y-You’re H-Ha-Harry S-Styles.”

I was quite shocked as it’s been ages since anybody even cared that I was The Harry Styles from One Direction. As soon as I was put in here I was more or less forgotten about.

“Yeah, it’s nice to meet you Cameron.” I said quietly. I looked to Louis who was rolling his eyes at Cameron.

“A-And y-you’re L-L-Louis T-Tom-Tomlinson!” He practically shouted.

In chorus Louis and I both said, “Wait! What?!”
