Draw the neck, make sure it is in a curve like shape that goes pushing to the inside
The difference from the male neck and the female neck is that in the male neck the neck has less curves, but in the female neck it has a deeper curve
Third step:

Make sure to add the reference so it looks like it's looks like the BASE
Make the shadow too, don't forget to draw the shadow bellow the neck
you can choose where the light comes from, doesn't have to be like the one I drew
