Make random flowy and curvy lines where you want the hair, make it random like you imagine the hair not caring where it's going to draw (Xavelinn yas I'm using your wise words)

Start drawing smol pieces of the hair like that above

Start making the top part, the division of the hair on top of the hair (idk how it's called help me) making lines going downwards.

Shadow the outer part of the sketch that you made, start drawing strokes and tiny pieces of hair on the borded, you dont want it to look like rock Lee

Draw pieces of hair on the inside of the sketch that you drew, make sure to draw them not too big so it looks fluffy and soft
