celestialmoongirl  gave me this idea! The reader is best friends with Robin's sister and goes to Storybrooke for a fresh start. How will her first meet with her friends brother go.
(Y/bff) - your best friends name, Robin's sister.

My car tires drives over a red line across the road to see my best friend standing there on the otherside of the line that I've crossed. She drops the scroll coming to hug me. We'd met online and the first time she said she was actually a fairytale character I hardly could believe it. Regina who was formerly the Evil Queen approved to allow me to move to Storybrooke. New York had become too boring for me so now I'm here for a new start.

The two of us stroll down mainstreet talking and laughing until a arrow flies past my head. "What the hell?" I curse where the arrow came from. A man with similar hair color to (y/bff)'s name. Locking on deep blue eyes trained on me and the tip of his arrow draw with a bow. "Robin what is wrong with you?" (Y/bff) yells at the man stomping up to him. "I'm protecting you little sis. Hands in the air m'lady."

"So...you're Robin Hood?" I slowly draw out in question raising my hands like told. He still doesn't lower the bow. "Yes I am. Robin of Locksley. Now identify yourself." Feeling a lump in my throat staring into his beautiful eyes. "I'm Y/n, Y/n L/n. You're sister is my best friend." His sister steps in front of the arrow and me hands on her hips. "She's not a threat. So you can put the bow away. Regina said she can live here."

Finally he lowers his weapon coming to shake my hand and apologize. "My apology m'lady. In my experience new people that enter this town aren't always friendly." I shake his hand smiling. "It's okay. I wanted a change of pace after all." (Y/bff) wraps her arm over my shoulder joking. "Well you can't get much more excitement on your first day here then my brother trying to kill you with an arrow."

"If my sister doesn't mind. I'd like to give you a tour as an apology. Lady Y/n." He spoke eyeing his sister hearing her phone ringing. She answered it pulling her coat closed closer. "I don't mind. I've got work anyway. Just promise me you won't try and kill her again okay big brother." He nods vowing. "On my honor, little sis." She kissed his cheek leaving us alone

Robin and I ended up walking the trails of the woods. His element that comforts him. I feel my shoulders loosen being out here. The wind blowing my hair, no sounds of annoying people, sirens finally feeling comfortable. The only reason I was in New York was to get a job as a sheriff but nothing was happening immediately. "I assume city life wasn't what you expected, Y/n?" He finally broke the comfortable silence.

"You could say that. To be honest it was too boring. I needed a little excitement in my life." I reply shoving my hands in my jacket pockets hearing Robin chuckle which makes my cheeks turn red for some reason. "You're in luck. Storybrooke is full of it. I will say though you won't have to worry about any of it from me." Hearing him laugh is something I want to always hear

We take a break sitting down on a fallen tree looking around at our surroundings. "Y/n, forgive me if I overstep but can I ask you something?" He spoke twiddling his fingers glancing my way. Turning my head looking into his blue eyes I reply in confusion. "Of course Robin. But why would you overstep?" His eyes stare into mine and I swear I can see his cheeks start to turn red.

"Have you ever met someone that you would change your entire world for. Someone whose eyes you just knew you were born to gaze into?" The words from his lips sounding like he's in love. I blush lightly remembering that my past relationships never were anything close to love. Simply flings that broke my heart. "You're referring to love aren't you. Robin I'm sorry...but we've just met. How can you be sure - feel anything for me?"

His hand grabs my right in his softly making my eyes hold concern against his hopeful ones. "I know it's sudden and probably goes against your code. I'll respect it if that's the problem-" I cut him off brushing some hair behind my ear. "No it's not. It's just...my past relationships haven't ended well. I don't know what real love is..."

"Y/n listen to me. I'm willing to teach you. If you'll let me in..." He slowly leans forward waiting for me to lean in. Our eyes lock and somehow I trust him by leaning the rest of the way in. His lips gently kiss mine his other hand resting on my cheek with my freehand grabbing his jacket to deepen it. "I'm with you, Robin."

Moving to Storybrooke is the adventure I needed.
