Ladybug swung over the Paris rooftops until finally landing on her destination. The eiffel tower.
There, a certain cat was waiting. "Hey, M'lady! You keep me waiting!" He said jokingly. Then he noticed the tears in her eyes. He became worried. "What's wrong?"
Ladybug sat down next to him. "Chat, I have some bad news... I'm moving to London"
Chat noir processes this information and realizes what this means. "Wait... so you can't be ladybug anymore?" He begins to get a sinking feeling. No... this can't be true... can it? She's just joking. Right?
Ladybug lowers her head and sighs. "Yes, I can't. Tomorrow there will be a new ladybug. I trust her."
"I'm sorry Chat. I'll be back in a year. I also have something for you" Ladybug says, and smiles sadly. Chat looks down. The love of his life, gone.
Ladybug hands him a little box. He opens it, and inside he finds a ladybug pin. "Thanks, M'lady," he says, also smiling sadly.
The sun begins to rise, and they both stand up to go home. Then Ladybug throws herself at chat noir and hugs him. Chat hugs her back. He hesitates and finally kisses her softly on the lips. Might as well, he thought, I won't see her in a year. Ladybug's eyes widen, but she doesn't push him away. Finally, they break apart. "Bye Chat. Till next year! Don't forget me!"
And then she throws her yoyo and swings off into the sunset, to her home.
"Spots off!" she says, and she detransforms. She gives Tikki a macaroon and then hugs her. I'm going to miss you so much!" she says. "Me too Marinette" says Tikki sadly.
