Chapter 8

KELLIN'S POV:

"Get your ass out of bed, you are going on a date," Jacklyn said, attempting to wake me up.

I groaned and rolled over, burying myself in the blankets.

"I made pancakes," She tried again.

Pancakes were my favorite.

I jumped out of bed and ran to the kitchen, where there were no pancakes.

"You little shit," I said to Jacklyn.

"Hey, it got you out of bed."

"Yeah but now I'm sad."

"You have your date with Cam tonight."

"Okay now I'm happy."

She just laughed and started to get herself a bowl of cereal even though it was just past noon.

I did the same and soon we were both finished eating.

"Be ready by six Kellin and dress casual," Cam said walking out, a pair of grey sweats hanging low on his waist.

He really does have some nice abs.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"That's for me to know and you to find out," he had a smirk plastered on his face.

"Fuck you guys, I hate surprises," and with that said, I walked back to the bedroom with my luggage in it.

Jacklyn came in soon after.

Why did I agree to let her help me out?

"Get in the shower cause you nasty," she said, handing me a towel and a robe.

I giggled and rolled my eyes but did what she said.

"And don't come out until your cleaner than Mr. Clean."

I could hear her cracking up at her own joke and in that moment I realized, I needed friends with a better sense of humor.

After showering, I put on the robe and walked out.

Jacklyn already had a pile of hair products in one corner and a mountain of clothes in the other.

"First things first," she said, "hair."

I braced myself for a few hours of hell.

CAM'S POV:

When I got up, Jacklyn was here and Kellin was already up.

I walked into the kitchen to grab some food.

"Be ready by six Kellin and dress casual," I said.

"Where are we going?" She asked.

I wasn't going to tell her.

"That's for me to know and you to find out," I replied, a smirk on my face.

"Fuck you guys, I hate surprises."

I laughed.

She was so cute when she was mad.

After the two girls finished eating, they headed into Kellin's room to get ready so I was alone.

Then Nash walked in.

"Where's Jacklyn?" He asked still half asleep.

"She's helping Kellin get ready."

He nodded and groggily walked to the couch to sit down next to me.

"What are we doing today?"

"I'm taking Kellin out but other than that, nothing," I answered.

"Are you gonna get it on?" He questioned with a straight face.
