Rest From The Quests

A celebration was made for the comeback of Sheloin and Amanda because those two non-Portal Soldiers were one of the most monumental citizens of Portland Goldens. The whole kingdom is celebrating without a failure in making everyone and every place safe and sound at every moment. The small flags hanging above their heads and streets. The people living on the outskirts of the kingdom were joining. Pro bono food serving is seen everywhere.

There were old Portland Goldens' citizens dancing around the streets like parades. Almost all of the teams of Portal Soldiers were pulled from their quests and missions to join the celebration. The Queen was walking and smiling at everyone as she walks without her guards. The other teams walk around the village with their Generals. The Juniors walked with General Phillip and he led them to another team.

"Juniors, this is General Ruth, the General of Demoiselle Team," General Phillip smiled and shook hands with General Ruth. "Their team is assigned for finding Amanda."

The Juniors looked at the team of five female Portal Soldiers. Their beauteousness is unarguable and the puissance of their presence is easily noticed. They are all women but with one look, you can say that they are strong.

"It is nice meeting with the youngest team of Portal Soldiers," General Ruth shook hands with Amy. "Your Majesty, it's a pleasure to have your hands touched by mine."

"Our task is completed because of you. It is a task that made us stay and roam around every base of Kininvas. Amanda is lost for a long time and we spent years, thinking Amanda was still on the hands of the Kininvas," the leader of the Demoiselle Team narrated. "Then we heard from General Phillip, Amanda is already safe. He told us that the times we were spying on the Kininvas, Amanda was living in a hut and that news is from you."

"Whether it is by coincidence or strategized," she continued. "We thank you for having Amanda back. Without you, we'll stay in the forest without a rest."

"You're welcome, General Ruth," Phillip said and the Demoiselle Team waved their hands for a goodbye.

Amy exhaled and felt calm. But calm is not the right word for her feeling. Is there a team entrusted in finding Dad? she thought and chose to verbalize it.

"General Phillip," Amy breathed as she watched Phillip look back at her. "Is there a team finding David?"

"David who?" Phillip asked back.

"David Arrows," Amy mumbled so soft and looked down.

Phillip exhaled and smiled. He looked around the celebrating people around them. He knelt to look at Amy's face directly.

"Your father is jailed in the main base of James Lurker, the master of all Kininvas," he started. "And the main base is unknown. James Lurker has your father directly in his hands. There are five united teams of Portal Soldiers sent in finding that main base and they are still on the search. If you will convince me to go with the five teams, certainly, I will not permit you."

Amy nodded blankly and tried to forcingly dry her moist eyes.

"If you will not allow us to join the five teams, may you allow us in having a camp?" Amy demanded.

After the earthshaking celebration, Amy called her group for a meeting.

"We don't have any tasks right now," Amy started. "We have a rest from the battles now. We're going to practice through an adventure by the lands. We're gonna have camping, get away – something like that. We'll not have our training in the training fields."
