Jealousy bleeds

Wrapping my hands around the hot mug of tea, I took a seat opposite Alistar, I noticed the thin scars across his knuckles. Part of me wanted to ask, the other Part, didn't want to pry. I recalled Faewn saying Alistar and Nova had been through hell and by the looks of the angry scars on Alistar's knuckles I had even intention on believing him.

Quietly I gulped down the hot sweet liquid, letting it burn as it traveled inside my body. The Pain was a great relief from the overwhelming questions inside my head. That girl who had motioned to Luca, she was tall and elegant and totally his type. He didn't even hesitate to leave me when he saw her, those words stung.

Alistar: I smell burning.
Me: huh?
Nova-Riot: it means you're deep in thought, dummy.
Me: I guess you could say that.
Faewn: say what?
Alistar: your friend here was thinking so hard I could practically smell burning metal.

Faewn let out a laugh and nudged me.

Faewn: Luca?
Me: Luca.
Alistar: I have no idea who Luca is but I'm guessing he's part of the reason you were in the woods.

My voice grew quiet as I nodded, I couldn't deny it was partially his fault but at the same time if that girl hadn't come along..

I slammed my cup down and stormed out, Faewn caught my sleeve at the door, but I'd didn't turn around to look at him.

Faewn: Kenzo please, stay. You're in no condition to be running off AGAIN.
Me: lecture someone else!

I shook off his hand and left, the sound of snapping filled the air as I walked on through the forest. Anger and Jealousy clouded my thoughts, I wasn't paying attention to where I was going, one step and it all came so fast.

The steep cliff, the pain as rocks cut at my arms, the taste of salt and the panic as I scrambled for air. It was no use.

I woke in a tall, dark haired mans arms, but I didn't recognize him. His soft Green eyes made me feel safe as I was wrapped in a blanket and helped into the back of a police car.

Me: I'm not being arrested am I?
Dark haired male: not unless you have something to confess.
Me: who are-

My question was cut off as Faewn ran over and slipped into the passenger side of the car. His eyes a dark brown as if reflecting his mood.

Faewn: what the fuck were you thinking Kenzo?! Do you even realise how long you've been missing for? Your dads gone crazy, your mum's being taken to caught all while you've been god knows where for the last 2 weeks!!!
Me: has it really been two weeks?
Dark haired male: Kenzo Faron, my name is officer Ravenhill, I'm Faewn's cousin and I can confirm you've been missing for two weeks.

My head began to spin as I tried to wrap my head around everything that was going on all at once. I failed and fell unconscious soon after.

??: Z? Z cmon, wake up... please.

A voice reached me somewhere in my unconsciousness but the moment I recognized that voice my eyes flew open and darkened with rage!

There sat on the bed next to me was Luca. My vision turned red as I lifted my leg and slammed it into his back pushing him off the bed.

Me: Piss off Luca!
Luca: woah! What the hell Z?
Me: you know damn right what the hell!
Luca: Z I'm so confused, can we at least talk?
Me: go talk to your fucking girlfriend!! You USED me.

I felt the sting as I forced myself out of bed, I shouldn't have been pushing myself but damn it was satisfying to hear the Slap as I backhanded Luca across the face.

Me: From now on you can fix your own damn problems!!
Luca: Z, you have utterly lost me. And that hurt damnit!!
