After sleeping for what seemed like forever, I headed outside into the now bright world. I glanced around my eyes, quickly landing on Rosita heading my way. Damn it. I didn't feel like dealing with another person pissed off with me. Reaching my side she crossed her arms and began to speak. Yet her words weren't angry, more of a demanding plea.

"I need your help. If Eugene stays with Negan we'll lose. We need to kidnap him and I know where he'll be."

I looked at her questioningly. The way she said his name was almost venomous. I have a feeling there was a lot more behind the whole Eugene situation then I was told. I was told he was working with Negan because he saved Rosita, but I guess I wasn't given the whole story. If he was truly working with Negan, like Rosita was implying, Negan could be there. I could get my shot at killing him and I could get out of here. I've been getting weird stares since I got back. It was starting to piss me off.

"When do we leave?"

"Meet me in the forest outside the walls, in ten. Make sure no one sees you. No one can know." Rosita's body relaxed as she seemed thankful I said yes.

I hummed and nodded. She sent me a nod as she headed off to sneak out. I grabbed my crossbow from inside my trailer and left my sword behind. I probably wouldn't need it. I waited a few minutes, pretending to be checking my crossbow. After those few minutes, I headed to the back of Hilltop.

I glanced around to make sure no one was in sight and went to start up the wall. I paused as I heard his voice again. Boy, was Glenn starting to get on my nerves, always showing up at the most annoying times.

"Where are you going this time?"

"Hunting." I turned to face him and was lightly thrown back to see Maggie next to him.

"And why not use the gate?" Maggie asked, trying to decode me.

"Because you all look at me like I'm broken, and you probably wouldn't let me leave." I spoke, annoyed at the fact he wrapped Maggie into this.

"We're just worried. This whole thing with your dad can't be-" Glenn started to speak, but I cut him off quickly.

"I'm perfectly fine. If I could handle it before, why can't I handle it now?"

I started up the wall as Glenn and Maggie stayed silent. I reached the top and was about to climb down the other side when I heard Maggie calling to me.

"Will you be back?"

"Possibly." I looked back down at her and sighed. "Yeah, probably."

She frowned slightly at the non solid answer as started down the other side of the wall. Why was it such a big deal to them? I'm perfectly able to handle my own problems. I don't need their help. I don't need anyone's help. Once I can get close enough to Negan all of them wouldn't matter. He wouldn't go down without a fight and would bring me down with him.

I pushed it from my mind as my feet planted on the ground. I started towards the woods. I easily picked up on what was probably Rosita's trail. I followed it for a while and found Rosita waiting for me. She nodded slightly and pointed towards a car hidden in the bushes.

"That's our ride."

I hummed and pulled some of the branches off of it as she did the same on the other side of the car. I climbed in the passenger seat, letting Rosita drive since she knew where she was going. Rosita started filling me in on the plan.

We'd keep watch for a while and decide what was the proper time to kidnap Eugene. As long as it gave me a shot at Negan, if he was even there, I didn't care. Reaching close enough to the location, Rosita parked the car and I followed her into a building that would conceal our position. She pointed out a few things. Like all the exits where.
