The Confession (Ch.3)

~Mikasa's POV~

(At Eren's House)

"Soo, is everyone here?" Eren asked.

"Yup." Jean answered.

"Well...where's Levi?" I asked.

"Ah, he's buying a new SIM card for his phone." Eren answered.

~Levi's POV~

"Why Mikasa? Out of every girl in the world, why her?" I asked myself as I walked to Eren's cottage.

Suddenly, I bumped into this guy.

"Watch it, brat." I say to him.

"Fuck you." He replies.

I smirk to myself as I knock on Eren's door.

"Hi, Levi!" Eren greets as he opens the door.

"Tch, where's Mikasa?" I ask him.

"She's in the room. Go talk to her." He answered.

I nodded and went straight to Mikasa.

(At Mikasa's room)

"Oh, hey Levi..." She said, keeping her cool manner.

"What's wrong?" I ask her.

"I-I just...it's complicated." She answers.

"Eren isn't the guy I thought he was." She added.

"What makes you say that?" I ask her.

"At day, when everyone's looking, he sees me as a good friend. But at night when we're the only ones here, he abuses me." She answers as she lets out a deep sigh.

"Then why are you staying here?" I ask her quizzically.

She shook her head.

"Eren's the only I trust." She answered.

"Well, do you still trust him after what he has done to you?" I ask her.

"I already packed my bags. I'm ready to leave this dump." She says as she points to two big bags under the bed.

"Wanna stay over at my place?" I ask her while rubbing the back of my neck.

"Really?" She asked with a smile.

I smirk at her as I nod.

"Thanks!" She says as she hugs me.

She tried carrying the bag.

I smile at her.

"Let me get it for you." I say as I carry the both of them at the same time.

"Do you have a car?" I ask her.

She shakes her head then checks her phone.

"Really? 300 photos in just one week?" I say as I look at her phone.

"We have about half an hour left before lunch." She says.

She puts the phone in her pocket as she hails a taxi.

"So, where do you live?" She asks me.

"Northwest Undercity Blvd." I tell the driver.

"It's gonna be a 2 hour drive minimum." He tells me.

"Tch, that's fine, brat." I tell him.

Mikasa leans on my shoulder as I kiss her cheek.

I saw her blush then look at me.

"What?" I ask her with a smirk.

"So, what is your relationship with this fine woman, Levi?" The driver asks me.
