The Doctor went round and about through the console, flipping switches and levers, making sure the TARDIS was going easy in flight in the time vortex, the blue central column shines its bright blue light while the TARDIS's soft humming noise grows louder, including that of the TARDIS's signature vwoorpy noise was heard, "I must say, aswangs?, from where what country? I should probably look it up right now." Said the Doctor, feeling a little bit of unease and worried about the innocent people being eaten up, he went on the other side of the console and typed something, a loud beeping noise is heard and the Doctor went on to the other side of the console and pulled the scanner hanging on top of him, the scanner reads:

The Doctor stood in silence, while the vwoorpy noise and the music playing I called out your name by Pat Hodges were both stuck in a loop, "Well then, the day after New Year I suppose... never heard of the Philippines, nor Manila, well then if those people need my help, especially with those cannibal people called aswangs, I am always here." Then the Doctor went doing his usual work in the console, he went round to the console this way and that, until finally his hand rested on a big lever which he pushed to land the TARDIS, the blue British Police Box can be seen flying in the vortex, while the planet Earth is zooming in faster and faster, the Doctor went to his hatstand which was beside the gramophone preparing himself, he took his jacket and his walking stick which replaced his question mark umbrella, and finally his hat until the TARDIS landed with a thud.
