The sound of a bunch of scattered voices grows annoying after a while. Hearing the guys go back and forth about irreverent things throughout the hours-long tour bus ride grew old after 30 minutes, and no matter how hard I try to drown them out it wasn't working.

And of course, I'm sitting directly across from Leo.

I had Niall and Zayn on each opposite side of me, and although I wasn't directly looking at Iann who sat beside Leo he was more than clearly moving around a lot. He was arguing with Niall about something, I couldn't fully tell you want it was because I was in and out of the conversation with a lack of focus. But they were talking far too loud and direct to fully drown out, while Zayn sat there quietly and Liam and Louis were off in a different room of the tour bus.

Last night when I had left the room, I had gone back to the club and all the guys were gone. Which wasn't that surprising, but what was surprising is that none of them knew from my knowledge that I got into it with Leo. Then again, they could know and just not say anything but with how Iann is I would've gotten lectured by now if he did know.

Why Leo had to be on our bus was a question I never will know the answer to, this band had never fully been transparent in general, even with the guys. Everyone had their secrets, and although there's trust, it's never been full. If it was, we'd all be stupid.

Iann had always been the overly social one, so him and Niall had always got along far too well. And even if they didn't, it normally would only take a day before their back to taking jabs at each other and laughing at anything they possibly could.

When I first met Iann, he wasn't this social. He was uptight and frankly looked more paranoid than a teenager ever should, never scared surprisingly enough though. Iann never shook me as a people person until he became one, and even with the over-dramatic laughs and happiness I suppose, him now and him back then wouldn't even remotely give one another second glances. Let alone be talking to Leo as if they've been best friends.

Yet here they are, spilling any kind of detail he and Niall could to a stranger at this point who didn't even seem slightly interested in what they had to say.

"Right, Harry?" I hear a seemingly familiar voice say, taking me a few seconds for the gears to turn in my mind that the voice came from the side of me.

I blink, turning my head slightly to meet view of Niall who is staring back at me with a small smile like he's waiting for an answer from me. "Huh?" Was all I could get out, sounding incredibly out of touch because I was.
