So in this story the police force or mostly Mr. Kenji Tsuragamae has frequent contacts with Izuku since his fight with Chisaki as that fight had scared most of the villains bringing down the crime rate in Japan by 1% which is also the reason Mr. Kenji holds Izuku in high regards
