A/N: Ah yes, Fives and Echo. Who's your favorite trooper?
(And yes, this is a photo of a clone trooper inspired airsoft helmet, which is what Hunter's helmet looks like, along with the same markings on his helmet in the show)
(Also when I was stumped on what they should eat and I found this recipe and it looks really good and I wanted to share it with you www.eatthis.com/sunrise-sandwich-recipie/ )Hunter woke up to the sound of an alarm at 5:20 in the morning. Why? It's because they need to get to the rendezvous as quickly as possible in case the dealer has another customer waiting. The dealer said that they would be there around 7:15, and it was an hour and a half drive away, so they needed to leave quickly.
And Hunter needed time to do his morning routine. Keeping his hair and skin flawless takes time.Hunter rinsed off his toothbrush and spit out the toothpaste, wiping his mouth on a nearby hand cloth. He brushed his hair and put on his red bandanna, and quietly exited his room. Yesterday, Wrecker had told him that his gear was still in the storage closet. He had to hurry up- it was a long walk from the wing he was in. He sped down the stairs as quietly as he could, turned some corners and ran across the courtyard outside to the main building. Hunter went to the side door, having to enter in a code for it to unlock, and went inside. He went down the hall a bit before finding the storage closet. It had boxes of things from years ago. He looked behind boxes until he found where he put his gear.
Hunter put it on; it surprisingly still fits him. That's what happens when you're a janitor- always being more fit than the PE teacher. Makes you wonder why he still wants to be one. He inspected himself in the tall mirror the storage room provided. The bullet proof vest, the tactical pants and shirt, the utility belt- were all adjusted to his liking. He even added a spot for his knife on the forearm of his tactical shirt, proving useful more than once. He put on his helmet, a display lit up that made him feel like Iron Man. One of Tech's specialties. It could do thermal read outs, display how far something is, and bring up data at whoever he's looking at.
Their gear all had a similar color scheme: black, grey, white and red. Their symbol was a skull with a 99 written in a secret code their family came up with: Aurebesh. With more characters than the English alphabet, it's even more harder to decipher it, especially since the Aurebesh letters don't look anything like their English counterparts.
Hunter had painted half of a skull onto his helmet, matching the tattoo on his face he got in High School. The Admin were furious about his tattoo, of course, but they couldn't do anything about it. They needed the star quarterback for the upcoming game. He had gotten it to match the half skull design he added to his football helmet.
