Kelly and Max: The Run Aways

ch.12

"It's been a long six months. Kelly's parents have been up on me and Kelly since we got married. We can't eat until they are done with their dinner, which is about 10 when they get done.

We can't go out AT ALL.

We can't shop for our baby.

We have to schedule an appointment to talk to them.

And the list goes on.

Kelly is now seven months pregnant and we are finally allowed to see the gender today. Me and Kelly decided on two names, Lilith and echo. I chose Lilith because it was the name of the girl you first fell in love with, right? She passed away before you guys could even get married or have any kids right? Oh well I always did think of her as my mother. Kelly chose echo, she said the name meant a lovely skull or something like it. I haven't studied her language yet. So I don't know. But i'll let you know what the gender is.

I got up and put the letter in the envelope and put my dad's address on it. I miss him and my little sister. I walked over to Kelly, and made sure she was ok. She's been sick for a while now.

I gently woke her up. She slowly got up.

"Goodmorn- she started to go into a coughing fit. I gave her water and that cleared the coughing up.

As we waited for the doctor to come to our room. We talked about the baby and her health. Finally the doctor comes in.

"Hello Kelly, how are you feeling?" she said

"Im feeling much better" kelly smiled

"Good good. So I am here to tell you the gender of the baby and to check up on you and your baby's health." she said

The doctor checked everything and told kelly she and the baby are fine and she just has a cold.

" oh and the baby is a girl." she said in excitement.

Me and Kelly freaked out. Kelly started crying, she was so happy and so was i. Kelly finally went to bed after the big news.

"Is she really getting better?"

"No, she's gonna get worse until she gives birth. There's nothing I can do or any other doctor. All we have to do is wait. She will be alright but you better worry about what's gonna happen after the baby is born. Especially with her parents."

What does that mean? What is her parent planning?aghh

Kelly's pov:

As I woke up, I heard whispering from the door.

"No, she's gonna get ------ until she gives birth. There's ---------- I can do or any ------ doctor. All we have to do is ----. She will be ------ but you better worry about ----- ------- ------ after the ----- is born. Especially with her parents."

I couldn't hear the whole thing but I'm guessing my parents are somewhat involved . I get that Max is worried about me and the baby but I hope he knows I can handle any bad news. My baby girl is gonna have the same fate as me and that right there is the worst news i have heard in my whole life.I am tough enough to hear the "bad" news. I wanna protect my baby from my fate and parents.

Max did not come back into the room which was strange, probably had to do something. I wish I could get up and go see people. I wanna see Neonna and Sean. Oh I bet Sean is so big now.

Max finally comes in.

"Where did you go?" i said in a stern voice

'I had to go tell your parents what gender is the baby' he said

'Oh... max?'

'Yes' he questioned

'Can i see neonna? I really miss seeing her.'

I know i wasnt gonna be able to see her because of my state. Plus she had a seven month old baby.

"Yes you may. You deserve some company."

'EEEEEK, THANK YOUUU'
