gushing over you in an interview (requested)

This is something that Hoyeon has gotten used to since her career really kicked off.

Interviews.

She does them so often now, sitting down in front of people that ask her about things she's up to and all the things she plans to do next.

A lot of the questions have become repetitive, even if they're phrased differently.

She pushes through them all though and she does it with a smile on her face, even if she's lacking sleep and can only seem to think about you.

She didn't think this interview would be much different than the ones she'd already done during the day.

Although the lady was very kind and she felt more relaxed because there were fewer people around, she was asking some questions Hoyeon figured would lead to other familiar ones.

But to her surprise, it didn't.

Instead, she heard your name fall from the kind lady's lips and perked up immediately.

"Can we talk about your girlfriend y/n for a moment?"

"Yes!" Hoyeon grinned from ear to ear.

Although she tries to protect you from the spotlight and the pressure and stress that come along with her job and her life, when people ask about you she tends to speak about you, simply because it makes her happy.

You make her happy.

And that much is clear to see.

She tries to be professional and stay focused and intrigued during interviews and things like that, but it's clear that she becomes much more enthusiastic about them when you're mentioned.

"She seems amazing."

"Oh, she is so amazing." Hoyeon smiled.

"And she's very beautiful. You're very lucky to have her, as she is to have you."

"She is so beautiful and yes, I am so very lucky!" Hoyeon said, her heart fluttering again and again.

"She's very supportive of you and is always cheering you on. You say that she is your biggest fan," the lady grinned.

"She is. Everything that I do, she always supports me. I'm very lucky to have an amazing group of people in my life. I have an amazing family and amazing friends. But my girl is the most supportive and is always the loudest in the room when people cheer me on. She encourages me and makes me feel better about myself. She always encourages me and when I'm down, she cheers me up right away. She is so incredible and I'm so in love with her."

The interviewer aww'd over Hoyeon's words, making her giggle and lower her head as she blushed.

"You're such a cute couple!"

"Thank you. She's my everything, truly. I can't imagine my life without her, especially now when everything is so busy and changing so much. I'm grateful, don't get me wrong. But it would be so much harder to handle if I didn't have the love of my life with me every step of the way."

"That's so sweet!"

Hoyeon giggled over the way the lady put her hand on her heart and cooed over how Hoyeon was just gushing so happily over you.

"I'm happy you have someone to love and someone to lean on. You deserve all the happiness in the world."

"Thank you," Hoyeon spoke happily, her smile so big and bright that it wouldn't fall as the interviewer switched to the next subject.
