"There you are!" Hoyeon grinned as she walked into the bedroom, finding you sitting on the edge of the bed in your cozy sweater. "I was calling out for you. I thought you were sleeping again."

You could see the hint of worry in her eyes when you looked up at her. She walked over and kissed your forehead before she cupped your cheeks, her thumbs brushing along your skin.

She was trying to brush it off as being affectionate but you knew she was also worried about you and probably checking to see if you've got a fever yet.

You've been a little off the last few days, feeling extremely fatigued.

It's been a struggle to even leave the comfort of your warm bed for long because you're so tired. But this morning, at the very early hours, you ended up throwing up a few times.

Hoyeon wanted to stay by your side and see how you felt throughout the day but she had obligations that she couldn't miss, as much as she wished she could.

So it's only natural that she'd be checking up on you and feeling worried.

"Hoyeon, baby, it's okay. I'm not running a fever." You assured her as you took her hands into yours.

"Sorry, my love. I'm just worried about you, that's all." She sighed before she sent you a small smile.

"I know why I haven't been feeling like myself the last few days."

She was immediately intrigued, giving you her full attention as she pushed everything else out of her mind and sat down beside you before she squeezed your hands in comfort.

"Before I tell you though, we should talk a little."

"Okay." She frowned. "Is everything alright? I'm worried."

"I think so." You said and forced a smile, trying to hide how anxious you felt to tell her the news you've been waiting to tell her all day. "Well, you know how much we've been wanting a family together."

"So badly." She sighed sadly.

"Remember how we went into all of those appointments and we went through all of our options and we tried so hard to start our family but we didn't think it was going to work because nothing was happening?"

"Yeah..." She said as her heart began to beat faster against her chest as it all started to click.

"Well... it worked." You said before pulling the pregnancy test out of the sleeve of your sweater, putting it in her hands.

She was quiet for a few seconds as it all sank in before she gasped and looked at you with tears in her eyes.

"You're pregnant?"

"I'm pregnant!" You yelled excitedly.

Hoyeon put the test down and pulled you into her arms. She kept her grip on you loose, terrified she'd squeeze too hard.

"It worked. I can't believe it. We're having a baby! We're starting our family!" She sniffled as tears filled her eyes.

"I was going to tell you in a different way, something special like a scavenger hunt or something but I knew it would take a few days to set everything up and I couldn't wait to share the news with you because I know how much we've both been wanting this."

"It's perfect, darling. I love that you told like this." She said as she cupped your cheeks again before pulling you in for another kiss. "You're so beautiful and you are going to be the best mom ever!"

"You will too, baby." You smiled and wiped away the tear that fell from her eyes as she put her hands on your stomach.

"Finally." She sniffled. "We've been wanting this for so long. I've never been happier."

You laced your fingers through her hair, both of you staring at each other in adoration.

It was true; it was a dream come true for the both of you. It's taken a lot for you to get here. Doctors, tests, constantly looking through your options of having a family and hoping with all of your hearts that the day would come.

And finally, it has.

You're finally going to start your family together and you know already that your baby is going to be so loved and so adored with two mothers that love and care for them more than anything else in the world.
