Arundathi's POV
Someone knocking on the door woke me up from my sleep. I opened my eyes slowly and saw Ayu snuggled into me and the space beside her empty. Did he came or not? The crumpled bedsheet told me he did came but woke up before me.
I slowly reset Ayu's head on pillow and went to open the door. Mumma was standing there with a woman helper behind her holding a big cloth cover bag in her hand. She hugged me, "Good Morning. I don't know if you had any saree or not so I brought one for you."
"Good Morning Mumma. No I didn't brought any more saree with me just the one I wore so thank you."
"Its alright. You have to visit Jejuri today as per the rituals so freshen up and yeah it also has a dress for Ayushi." I smiled and nodded at her. I knew we have to visit Jejuri as it's a custom for newly weds to visit our family god after the marriage and take blessings for a happy married life.
The woman kept the cover on sofa and left with Mumma. I quickly got into bathroom and readied myself in the saree Mumma brought. I must say she has a great taste and material was looking so expensive. I am not used to this lavish lifestyle so it was making me bit uncomfortable but it was given very lovingly to me by Mumma so I will respect it.

I went to Ayu and wake her up and readied her too. While I was doing her hair, the door opened up and Dev came in wearing a track pant and a singlet. He had a small towel around his neck and a bottle in his hand. So he goes to workout in morning I noted in my mind to remember his schedule.
