Metanoia (n.) - the journey of changing one's mind, heart, self and way of life."Perhaps, after all, romance did not come into ones life with pomp and blare, like a gay knight riding down; perhaps it crept to ones side like an old friend through quiet ways; perhaps it revealed itself in seeming prose, until some sudden shaft of illumination flung athwart its pages betrayed the rhythm and the music, perhaps . . . perhaps . . . love unfolded naturally out of a beautiful friendship, as a golden-hearted rose slipping from its green sheath."
—Lucy Maud Montgomery, Anne of Avonlea
Arundathi's POVNext day Dev was in hurry. He woke me up at 5:30 and told me to get ready. He asked for the medical file of Ayu and informed me, "You are going to Delhi with Vishwas as he too has some work in the company. Wind up all the things of Pari's school, your house and all the other thing you have to do. I know you would be conscious about using Agnihotri name so ask for Vishwas to handle the things. You have struggled all the life now that you have me let me care for you. Movers would be there, you just supervise all the things. Be back till evening." He patted my cheeks.
Vishwas and I left to Delhi and I winded up all my work. I didn't go to office, just went to Ayu's school, bank to transfer all the cash savings I had to account and had lunch at Aggrawal house. Dhruv bhai took half day spent all the time with me and Ayu like old times while Vishwas was at company.
I supervised the mover and at 4 all the things were packed and moved out and I handed the keys to landlord. We got in plane and by was back for dinner at home.

Today is Sunday. The week went by and tomorrow my office and Ayu's new school is gonna start so we are out for shopping. I was not in mood to buy new clothes, but Dev strictly told me to buy new clothes for office so here we are at high-class boutique to buy new clothes for me.
I was going through the dresses for me, while Dev was selecting dresses and clothes for Ayu. There are many beautiful chudidars, salwar kammez, anarkalis here, some which I also liked but they are so expensive and I was feeling uneasy to even touch these dresses, buying and wearing far away things. While roaming, I came to saree section and saw a gorgeous pink pure silk saree with work on border, I softly caressed it with my finger, feeling the soft and luxurious cloth when suddenly an attendant came over and said, "Thats a pure silk saree, could you not touch it?"
