Revali x Reader (Chapter Thirteen)

The princess was in and out of consciousness. She felt sick like some curse had attempted to taint her blood.

Her energy proved stronger as it recovered pushing out the evils.

Her blue eyes flashed open awakened by a dream.

She foresaw what had to be done for wisdom often spoke out in her sleep. 

Her eyes met with Zoku's as he studied her with his hand on his chin.

"Pleasure to meet you your highness"

"Zoku" She uttered sitting up from the rubble with frustration.

"You're going to need an army if you expect to defeat us" she said with determination in her voice.

Zoku was silent yet smiled. 

The princess did not falter however and his smile soon dropped.

She heard footsteps from outside as she turned her head toward it. Zoku followed her gaze and the second the door moved she rose to her feet.

"You don't have to constrain me, I will go willing" she said without delay.

Zoku smirked not having an issue with it as he followed her out the door. You and the dark knight stood guard walking ahead through the fields patrolling against any who might come after Zelda.

The night air was warm with all the stars lighting up the sky. It was silent as ever. Her eyes flickered between the three of you as she followed.

The second she saw her opening she raced as quickly as her feet could carry her into the forest.

She lead Zoku off track and took a sharp turn back for the one who could help.

The one who could get everyone out of this nightmare.

Link lay wakeless in the grass.

To the universe's surprise she rushed to Revali and placed her hand over his heart. 

"Forgive me" she whispered using her might.

Having succeeded in her goal she hurried back giving herself up. She glanced over her shoulder as the chains placed tightly over her wrists this time. 

"Please don't fail me" she whispered.

Revali's perspective~

When I awoke in the blanket of grass my mind felt immense pressures. The wind whirled about causing the grass to tickle against my skin more than usual. My body suddenly convulsed in sharp pain. I worried this might be the end

My eyes were wide as I twisted and writhed in agony. Strange energies surrounded and consumed me.

My heart raced in fear for I couldn't understand what was happening

Something came about which I never could have expected 

My mind recalled y/n. I instantly softened despite the negative state. Whatever strange curse had been placed I had to find a way to reverse it. 

Each time I see her she is further consumed by that dark entity..

The one who looked so much like Link..

I suddenly remembered scurrying to my feet. I ran through the grass falling over as it was difficult to find balance. When I made it to the other side of the abandoned building I noticed how the fires had gone out. The princess and the others were long gone leaving nothing but the dim smoke of the fire.

I spotted Link in the grass all bloodied and worn.

He was passed out as I dropped to his side shaking him. There was so much blood he looked like a corpse. His blue orbs lit up as they opened and met mine startling me.

He sat up furrowing his brows. His look was of total confusion.

He did not recognize me..
