I was so excited. It was the first time I got to see Tom giving an interview.
I was situated in the public and was feeling very nervous about this, everyone was looking at me and whispering things.
Tom and I were very discrete with our relationship or at least tried to be and now all the girls were looking at me shocked that I was in public.
The lights went out and the interview with Jimmy Fallon began. I loved him, he was one of the funniest persons I've met since I started dating Tom.
"Hello everyone! Tonight we have an amazing actor joining us. The one and only the handsome, the gentleman, the god, TOM HIDDLESTON!
Everyone screamed at the top of their lungs and Tom appeared in a beautiful blue suit that made his eyes pop. He laughed at the screams and said hi to everyone before sitting down.
"Hello Jim, how are you?" Tom asked.
"Soooo excited that you are here," Jimmy said starting the interview.
It all went pretty normal with him asking Tom about his new movies and future projects, about the series he had just release and, of course, about Marvel. I was amazed by the way Tom answered all the questions, he was being so genuine. I could tell he enjoyed this, his job, and obviously his life.
"So Tom, I think we've covered almost everything. But we would like to know... if the rumors of you being in a relationship are true" Jimmy asked and everyone screamed again. Tom laughed raising his hand to gently arrange his glasses.
"Umm yes, it's true," He said making everyone, including Jimmy, start shouting.
"Do tell!" Jimmy shouted over the crowd. "Is she from England? an actress too?" Tom chuckled blushing a little bit. I was so nervous my hands were sweating and my lip was almost bleeding from my bite.
"Well umm," He let out a small 'hehehe' letting out his nerves "She is not an actress, she's actually a literature teacher, and no umm, she's not from England" He answered pressing his hands together so tight they were almost completely white.
"OMG! OH....MY.....GOOOOD!" Jimmy kept screaming making everyone laugh along. "Tom, tell us, could she be the one?" I did not expect that question and neither did Tom apparently. He shifted uncomfortably in his chair and stared at the floor a few seconds before answering.
"Well Jimmy, she is an incredible woman no doubt. " Tom said making eye contact with me for the first time. My heart skipped a beat when I saw that beautiful spark in his eyes I loved. "Uhhh together we have helped each other grow so much and reached a place of comfort, of real comfort." I felt my face going red and suddenly I wanted to run into his arms and kiss him. He didn't take his eyes off of me, I just stared back almost being able to hear my heartbeat. "And I think that is what love is about, complete acceptance of each other and uhh vulnerability, and for me ummm you can't legislate who you fall in love with and I had the, ummm the luck if you shall say, of falling for someone very special. " I was out of breath by the time he stopped talking his face reflected my smile and my heart fluttered like crazy in my chest.
"That's love lady's and gentlemen!" Tom chuckled returning his eyes to Jimmy "Thank you for being here Tom. Hope you come back soon but this is it for tonight. Tomorrow night were having a couple more of surprises, until tomorrow night" Jimmy ended the show and all lights went dark. I stood up trying to find my phone and suddenly felt a couple of hands on my hips.
"I meant every word I said" Tom whispered in my ear. I turned around and kissed him.
"I feel very lucky for you too darling" I said kissing him once more.
