Everyone was in Port class except for Ace who has been on a mission for over a week. Weiss was attentively listening to his lecture when Jaune slides besides her.
Jaune: So,Weiss. I was thinking about after this,maybe we could grab a bite to eat?
She continues to pay attention to Port lecture.
Jaune: And uh I got two tickets to that new Bruce Willis movie if you wanna make the trip to Vale? I hear it's awesome.
Weiss still didn't answer him.
Jaune: And...then maybe after that..we could...study together...I mean you're smart and I'm uh...
Suddenly the clock strikes 4:00 and the alarm in the class rings loudly.
Port: And then I..! Oh,uh time that one wrong. Well,the study of this conclusion will have to wait. Until next time.
Everybody began to leave the classroom.
Jaune:Weiss?Did you hear me?
Weiss: No. No. No. Yes.
Jaune:*Sigh*
Jaune slams his face on the desk in disappointment a while team RWBY passes him by as Yang rubs his blonde hair.
Yang:One day.
The scene changes to team RWBY in their room getting ready to head out in their street clothes and arming their weapons.
Blake: I thought that class would never end.
Ruby: Alright guys! Today is the day! The investigation begins.
Ruby jumps down from her startling Weiss who was underneath her.
Weiss: I'm glad we're taking this seriously.
She said sarcastically.
Yang: Hey,we got a plan! That's moderately serious.
Ruby: Right. Everyone remember their roles?
Weiss: You and I will head to the CCT to check the Schnee record for any Dust robberies and any inconsistencies. Seeing that I'm in the family, it shouldn't be a problem.
Blake: The White Fang has regular faction meetings to hand out orders and recruit new members. If I can get in, I can hopefully find out what their planning.
Yang: I have an old friend on the shady side of town that typically knows everything going on in Vale. Getting information out of him shouldn't be too hard.
Ruby: Great! We'll meet up tonight near Yang to go over what we found. Let's do this!
Sun:Yeah!
Somebody voice came outside their window. Looks like a certain blonde monkey Faunus was eavesdropping on their conversation.
Blake: Sun!
Team Rwby took a step back away from the window.
Yang: How did you get up there!?
Sun: Aw, it's easy. I do it all the time.
Weiss: You do what!?
Sun:I climb trees all the time.
Weiss was not please with Sun intruding in their plan.
Sun: So, are we finally getting back at that Torchwick guy?
Blake: "We"are going to investigate this situation. As a team.
Ruby: Sorry, Sun. We don't want to get friends involved if we don't have to.
