While I'm sad Korra VS Delsin Rowe won't happen for a while, I'm also glad Rey Palpatine VS Korra won't happen either cause they compared each other as Mary Sues even though Korra is not.
But don't worry SW fans, because I've found an alternate opponent for Rey that's been popular, but extremely overshadowed by Rey Palpatine VS Korra......

Rey Palpatine VS Troy Burrows (Star Wars VS Power Rangers)!
Connections: Two young aged protagonists who are part of next generation of heroic warriors (The Jedi and Power Rangers respectively),who utilize a vast power source (The Force and the Morphin Grid)
Both are able to use the powers of those who came before them (Rey using Force Ghosts of her predecessors strengthen her power and Troy has the ability to turn into all the Red Rangers that came before him)
Both are considered by their fans to be the worst characters that originated from a negatively revived entry in their series (The Star Wars sequel trilogy and Power Rangers Megaforce/Super Megaforce)
Both were intended to succeed a long running the originals only to end being carbon copies of them (Rey being a copy of Luke Skywalker and Troy being a copy of Jason Lee Scott)
Both started their quest after receiving a vision from either the past or the future and have met their predecessors during their journey
