A surprise to me cause Yoda had Meta Knight and Mickey had Bugs Bunny. But hey, who's complaining? Plus they got their funny aspects in the fight.
Shadow the Hedgehog VS Ryuko Matoi
They fricking lowball Shadow and he still wins 😂. Must be that Sayonara shit. What's even funnier is that Shadow canonically likes Kill La Kill so he won at the cost of killing his Waifu.
Lex Luthor VS Doctor Doom
Knew Doom wins even with Lex getting upgrades. Just thought it was better than Black Adam cause he has Apocalypse.
Heihachi Mishima VS Geese Howard
I did NOT know Akuma was canon to the Tekken universe albeit not the same one. You learn something everyday.
Blake Belladonna VS Mikasa Ackerman
I laughed at the part where Yang is included to Blake's Likes. 3d models coud've been done better but overall enjoyable. I do wish Blake had more dialogue.
Iron Fist VS Po
I didn't even know this was a thing 😳.
Steven Universe VS Star Butterfly
Steven died as he lived, a victims to problems caused by someone else. Plus the whole "Steven is Star but Star is Universe" joke is funny as hell.
Also screw you SU fans, Star has supporting evidence of being universal. Deal with it.
Link VS Cloud 2021
At first I thought it wasn't going to change and never thought they would have a rematch since Link VS Sora and Cloud VS Kasumi were a common trend. But in the end Cloud won so they're tied.
Batman VS Iron Man
I honestly thought Batman has a chance with his Hellbat, but it turns out Iron Man has his own god-fighting armor. So I was right about Justice Buster being specifically made to fight the Justice League.
Goku Black VS Reverse-Flash
Definitely among the best this season. They managed to capture their in-character perfectly (Black claiming divine justice and Thawne being petty) and has one of the most brutal deaths in DEATH BATTLE. Plus getting Valentine Stokes, who did the infamous "It was me, Barry!" meme, to do it again is just the cherry on top.
Macho Man VS Kool-Aid Man
Meh, didn't live up to the hype as I thought it would be. But at least we know about Boomstick's family.
DIO VS Alucard
It's definitely the ultimately stats vs hax in this one. So even Schrodinger won't change the outcome of this. Plus DIO memes and Abridged Alucard voice actor brought into this makes it a whole lot better.
Akuma VS Shao Kahn
Man, Street Fighter cannot catch a break. Even Akuma lost. Though I will agree that the Raging Demon had the ability to kill Shao Kahn, but speed overcomes it. Adding Asura's Wrath won't change it since it only puts Akuma at Moon level and Shao Kahn's still planetary.
Korra VS Storm
REALLY disappointed it's not Korra VS Delsin Rowe. But it's thematically better than Korra vs Rey Palpatine. I still laughed at one guy who insists Korra is universal level without supporting evidence.
Madara Uchiha VS Sōsuke Aizen
Definitely one the best fights. And Hollow Dreams is now my new favorite track. Buuuuuut the Naruto VS Bleach matchups get even more toxic. I will say though, that Madara is definitely the better well-written character of the two. Aizen only got beaten because of plot armor. 🙄
Though I cringe of Boomstick shipping Madara and Hashirama.
Saitama VS Popeye
Disappointed that Galactus VS Unicron didn't happen but this great thematically. Shame Saitama loses though, but at least OPM fans know who the real gag character is.
