Ally's Point of View <3 <3 <3 xx

I looked up at the large building in front of me. McKinley High School. It looked just like any normal, typical high school, with the large tall walls with the cream colour fading and peeling off. There were two large doorways at the centre of the entrance, they were covered with posters for Sports and music. I could hear the buzzing of the noise from inside of the school. I could see through the doors that the school was filled with students. Some jocks, emos, outcasts, nerds, popular people and the cheerleaders... Just like any other high school. I wasn't afraid, no, I wasn't frightened of what was about to come from the 'McKinley High School' that looked like it had better days. Even though it was my first day of my new 'start' I just ignored it. I just ignored any feeling of fright within me.

You see, my mother decided just out of the blue one day last week that we should 'move-out' and get 'a new head start on opportunity'. My mother was one piece of work, she could get bored easily and that has what happened for the last 7 years. We have moved 4... no 5 times! All because my mother wanted me to fulfil my life, the way she did not. She never worried about her job, at first she loved her job back in California. She owned a bakery that was very popular around our town. She would have large profits too, but that wasn't enough. We then moved to a small place called 'Snake Rock' in Texas. I hated the place but my mother loved it... at first. Then we moved to Orlando, Florida. That was one of my favourite places that we have lived in. They had shopping malls, theme parks, beaches and I had a lot of friends. It looked good at first but no, my mother decided that we should move away so we can 'settle somewhere that has less town life'. I knew that that was an excuse. My mother was in a relationship with a man called 'Steve'. I thought that he was brilliant at first, until I saw him one day at the 'Orlando Mall Cinema' with a new piece of candy on his arms. My mother was depressed after I told her 'the news'. You see, my father died when I was very young. Around when I was two years old. I can only faintly remember him in my dreams but that is all. My mothers says that they were both madly in love until he died.

Anyway, I was still gazing at the school but then I realised one thing. Why am I not inside? Why am I just looking at the school like a lost puppy? I then took a deep breath, smoothed down my Hollister aqua summer dress and opened the doorways. I then stepped inside. I had to cover my ears at one point because it was so noisy. I winced but then straightened my back out and walked down the halls. It still looked like a normal high school inside too. Classroom doors, lockers, 'School is too cool!' posters, narrow corridors and typical students buzzing about the new year.

"OMG! Did you hear about that Sam boy, the one who was a stripper. I heard that over the summer he was asked to do a remake of the 'Twilight' film. I nearly died!" One bubbly, stick-thin brunette smiled jumping up and down with happiness as she talked to her friend.

"No way! Well over the summer I was with Puck for a while until he had to move to LA and we had total fun! He has improved in his thrusts to be honest if-" The ginger-haired cheerleader replied. I turned around down another corridor and tried to get that conversation out of my head. I smoothed down my hair and looked around to see if I could find a reception desk or something to get a timetable, but I couldn't even find an office until I saw an Office that had glass walls that looked shiny brand new. A boy with large, bushy ginger/brown hair with an awkward standing position and big thick glasses was cleaning the windows.

I saw a middle-aged woman sitting behind a desk that was full of tall, impressive looking trophies. She had quite a few wrinkles on her face and she had very short blonde hair. She was very pale, as pale as a ghost. I knocked on the door.

"Come in to face your doom!" her voice boomed out. She was cleaning one of the trophies, not looking at who was behind the door, which was me. I entered and walked closer to the desk.
