About 30 minutes later we finished eating and started heading toward the festival. As we got closer, people were appearing in cosplays and traditional outfits. I admired each one and looked if there were any shops I could get a yukata for me and Tamaki.

"Tama, wanna wear one with me?" I pointed at someone.

He blushed and tilted his head a little, "I-I guess it w-would b-be fun."

"Hmm, maybe there's some at that booth."

We walked over to a booth in between to caterers and picked out our yukatas, Sunshine needed help tying her kimono. The lady who owned the booth taught us how to properly wear one and move in one, it seems simple enough but it was kind of hard. It required a lot of patience. I vaporized my outfit and Tamaki put his stuff in my bag. I wore a peach and pink yukata that had a willow tree that stretched out throughout the back, Tamaki wore a simple purple and black yukata, Sunshine wore a yellow and red flower-patterned kimono, and La'Nya wore a blue and white kimono that formed waves on the sleeves. We went to a pond that was located in a building and took a few pictures.

"That was... amazing." I blurted and stared at the pond.

"We look really good in these, I'm so happy we bought these." Sunshine looked at the flowers on the back.

"Yeah, these are way more comfortable than I thought they would be." La'Nya stretched as she spoke.

I looked at Tamaki, "Do you like yours? I'm just wondering since you wanted me to choose yours."

Tamaki blushed and nodded.

I felt a sudden urge to touch the pond, it was almost calling for me. I placed my fingers in it and swirled it. A letter began to form and it landed on a lilypad, I picked it up and hid it in my pocket. Tamaki saw me but acted like he didn't see anything.

I looked at our photos while we walked around and saw Tamaki do a little small smile in each photo. There was one where his eyes were closed, I smiled. He looked cute in it. I blushed as I stared at him longer and turned my phone off.

Sunshine threw her arm over the back of my neck, "Hey."

"Hi." I responded.

We laughed and headed toward the mall, Sunshine placed something in my bag, "I put my phone in your bag, La'Nya doesn't have any more space."

"Oh, you guys bought a lot of snacks, didn't you?"

"Yeah. The food we had was way better though."

"It was."

As we neared the entrance we heard a group chanting. They were marching in circles and holding up signs, they were too far to read so we decided to ignore them. The mall was large. Too large for a mall in a town! The place was busier on the top floors and quieter at the bottom, we were mostly just browsing since there were so many stores. My legs were starting to hurt since we were walking up so many stairs and looking through most of the stores, La'Nya was able to buy some new things to take back home as souvenirs. La'Nya and Sunshine had to use the restroom so they rushed in while Tamaki and I found a bench to sit on. Every person walking in and out had a lot of the stuff they bought at the festival. I guess a lot of people save money for this event since almost everything we looked at was a bit too expensive for all of us.

"Tama, remember what we did a year ago? When we were 13, I think." I asked, looking up through the glass ceiling.

Tamaki thought for a moment, "Oh, are you t-talking about the time Mirio was scaring everyone?"

"Ehe, I mean, that's one way to put it," I scratched my calf, "he just went a little too far with his quirk. I'm sure he meant it as a joke."

"It w-was s-sort of funny."

La'Nya and Sunshine came back and we sat around for a bit wondering what to do next. We could return since it's getting late or we could stay around for the parades.

Sunshine yawned and grabbed a snack from La'Nya's bag, "I'm kinda tired... we still have a few more days before this festival is over anyway."

"True, we can stay if you guys want to," La'Nya said.

I looked over at Tamaki, "What do you want to do?"

"I... I was kind o-of hoping we could," He scratched his neck and blushed, "go to the spring."

I smiled, "That would be nice, ever since we've been here, we haven't relaxed at the spring."

"Yeah, let's hang out in the spring, maybe we can have a little picnic," Sunshine suggested.

Tamaki blushed, "I-I was h-hoping... n-nevermind."

"What is it?"

"N-Nothing."

We gathered our stuff and headed back to Bukimina's home. I warped us as high up the stairs as I could, I can warp one person, myself, perfectly fine but I still struggle with anything more than 2 people. We reached the elevator and headed back to the village, when we got to Bukimina's house, we grabbed some towels and extra clothes.

"I just realized, I don't really need to cover up my body since I'm technically never naked."

Sunshine gasped, "That's true... why do you wear clothes?"

"Why? Cause people would judge me, and I'm not really comfortable in my own skin."

"What?! You look so cool, why would- actually, I get it."

We left and headed toward the spring. La'Nya had a basket with food and other things. The sun was going to set soon so we hurried and set everything up.
