I herd a loud feminine screech as I leaned forward, accepting what was to come. Or so I thought. Two big hands gripped my arms on either side before my feet had the chance to get a taste of freedom. I was pulled over the railing and before I can process what's happening, there's a man face to face with me. He had a square jaw, hazel eyes, and looked to be in his early twenty's. His lips where moving and his eyes where wide but I couldn't hear what he was saying. My ears were just ringing.
I suddenly felt angry and tried shoving the man away from me but failed because he was muscular and I was still weak from being beat in the restroom. My senses finally came back as I was being dragged by the man to a black small car. I stopped and he just pulled the sleeve of my jacket without knowing, causing it to come off. The jacket was big. I stared at him and he turned with the jacket still in his hand. "Why did you do that?!" I demanded, stomping my feet, which I'm thinking was a mistake cause I'm pretty sure it just made me look like a child throwing a tantrum fit.
"I saved your life! Be grateful!" His voice boomed. My eyes widened in shock at how deep his voice is. My right foot moved back then the left. The man sighed and rubbed his free hand against his face.
"I'm taking you home, where-"
I cut him off. "NO! no, don't take me home!" I pleaded, holding my hands up and taking another step back.
The man looked at me in confusion then sighed and grabbed my wrist, jerking me forward.
"Is that where you get the bruises from? Home?" He asked.
I looked down at my arm and forgot about the bruises. I was to busy being mad and scared.
I stayed silent and he opened the passenger side door of the black car. "Get in." He said flatly. I looked at him then the car.
"What?! Why?!" I asked, panicking and began struggling against his grip on my wrist.
"Calm down dammit, I'm not going to hurt you!" He said, reaching into his pocket. That's when I noticed his black, professional looking suit. Me pulled out a card and handed it to me, never letting go of my wrist.
"I'm the owner of perez industries. You can trust me" he informed me.
On the card was his full name 'David Perez" and the "Perez family industry business" thing at the very top. On the right was his picture and at the bottom was his number.
I looked up at this 'David' person skeptically for a while then sighed and hesitantly gave in. "F....fine.." I mumbled looking down then stepping into the passenger side and sat down.
