Col.Batra's brother's son.. Classmate to Dr.Monami Mahajan.. Monami and karan had a healthy competition when it comes to studies..and he his her college bestie..
While in college monu had lived in the hostel.. and made some good friends..and he tops the list...
He has always been a good friend and always had a silent crush on her...
Sid g hates him..or rather jealous of him mostly because he got more time to spend with monu during her college days..
Monu tries always to balance it out with karan and sid..and gets always caught in the middle..
But something bitter surely did happen that broke their friendship..
