"Wh-what do you mean 'duties'?" Shoto asked confused. Something wasn't right. He is not in UA or the hospital. He is somewhere in a place he never been in to.
"I'm sorry but, where am I? And who are you?"
""Well, your in the king's castle of course! I thought you would recognize the place. And for your second question, my name is Mia! I'm a maid here."

"Oh... and I'm supposed to be a knight. Great..." He was talking under his breath and sarcastically talking. "But why am I here? How did I get here?"
"What were you asking?"
"Hm. Oh I was talking to myself. Sorry."
"Its no problem! Well, gotta get back to work now! I'll see you around knight Shoto!"
"See ya..."
After she left, Shoto was left still confused and concerned. He was fighting a villain, telling Izuku to warn the other and then-... doesn't remember the rest.
Shoto was somehow in a different world where there are royaltys and maids, knights, etc.
But, how did he get there? That question will forever be in his head. But right now, he wants to figure out what's going on and how to get back home. To see his friends, do some hero training with them, and being with his girlfriend. Man how much he wants to be with her right now. Cuddling, kissing her, hearing her sweet voice. How much he wants to be home right now.
After a bit of wondering around part of the "castle," a recognizable voice called out to him.
Iida - "Todoroki! There you are. I was looking everywhere for you. You missed knight training a few minutes ago. What happened?"
Shoto - "I- well- I was- Wait, Iida?..."
Iida - "Yes? Is something wrong?"
Shoto - "... No- no... nothings wrong. Heh..."
Iida - "Okay. Well about my question earlier-"
Shoto - "Oh right. Um... I was somehow laying on the ground and woke up from one of the maids."
Iida - "You might've fainted then. It would only explain when you were on the ground. Glad your okay right now."
Shoto nodded his head as agreeing with Iida. Having second thoughts, Shoto was wanting to ask Iida about this world he's in but doesn't want to make it sound like he's crazy or something.
After sometime, Iida went back to his duties leaving Shoto standing. Thinking of what to do, he decided to walk around outside the castle. Knights and knights in training are allowed to roam the village and castle until they have duties or training to do. But for Shoto in this world is different.
His father Enji was the most famous knight to serve the kingdom. When Shoto was 14 years old, his father died during a war between his home village and other supernaturals. But after that, all the supernaturals were banned from the kingdom besides the kings sorcerer.
But back to the present, Shoto was wondering around the kingdom garden admiring the flowers. The different colors of the roses is what caught Shoto's eyes. But one color is what actually caught his eye. There was a green, dark but not too dark of a green rose. Reminding him of Izuku. Wondering how she was doing right now. He really misses her.
??? - "Enjoying the roses there? Ribbit."
Shoto turned around to see Tsu wearing a garden apron with some gardening tools.
Shoto - "Hey Tsu. And yes I'm enjoying the roses."
Tsu - "Well I'm glad. It's really rare to find green roses around here. This one just happened to pop out of the ground out of nowhere. "
Shoto - "As like magic or it just grew out?"
Shoto chuckled at the thought of "magic." Magic doesn't exist in his world but having quirks.
Tsu - "Actually it was like magic."
Shoto - "E-exuse me?..."
Tsu - "I thought you already knew that magic exist here. Seeing that there's somehow a evil witch here. Killing those innocent patients and others."
Shoto stood still hearing this. Magic? Witches? Killings!? He couldn't believe it.
Shoto - "I'm sorry but I never heard of this rumor or some news..."
Tsu - "Its because not all knights know about this. Only the fully trained knights know about this. Your only middle trained."
Wow that got to him. But still. Now knowing about this, he wants to find out who this 'witch' is.
Tsu - "Well I got to go now. My shift is done for the night. See you tomorrow Todoroki-kun."
Shoto - "night..."
'Something like this isn't a dream... its actually happening...' his final thought about all of what's happened so far.
And after that, everyone was either heading home or stayed up late gaurding. ......................................................
Meanwhile in the village, heavy painting and footsteps can be heard through the hospital hallways with some giggling. A patient who found out who the witch is was now being hunted down.
??? - "Oh dear~ come back to your room for your night time 'medicine'~"
A almost high pitch voice was walking down the hall with a needle and a scalpel. Finding this patient, the mysterious figure started saying some language and out of nowhere came the run away patient.
??? - "Shh... don't cry~ if you come with me back to your room, the easier your punishment will be! Okay sweetie?..."
Not giving them the chance to answer, they were dragged back to their room and was tied to the bed so that they wouldn't get away. (Nothing kinky here- okay? 😑)

Obviously they lied. The screams from the patient was loud but not loud enough for others to wake up and hear it since there was a spell put on their mouth to keep quiet. Using the scalpel, cutting their arms and above the stomach area deep enough to get the blood.

And the rest of the night, the witch played around torturing the poor patient. The witch left the hospital making sure that there was no evidence of them murdering. And leaving the lifeless body on the hospital bed with cuts and the symbol of the witch.
And everyone was still asleep from all that screaming and shouting... .........................................................
